The difference between sounding smart and being an actual authority

You are highly intelligent.
And strangely enough, that might be exactly what's holding you back.
In this episode, I share why being deeply skilled, highly knowledgeable, and exceptionally good at what you do can actually dilute your authority when your content only focuses on teaching. Because people don't hire the smartest person they can find. They hire the person they trust to lead them.
We'll talk about why so many experts accidentally friend zone themselves through their content, why information alone rarely creates demand, and what needs to shift if you want people to see you as the obvious choice instead of "someone who knows a lot."

00:00:00: You are a highly intelligent woman and while this sounds great, you can actually be proud of it causes one problem.
00:00:16: And it causes you physical pain when you have to play the game of The Algorithm, where surface level partly dumb content always wins over most smart content.

00:00:35: Good news is you don't have to play this algorithm game in terms of the dumber, better.

00:00:44: but bad news it's that You definitely need change something Because when I have a look on your Instagram, i see so many great things.
00:00:56: I can see carousel posts that have ten twelve sixteen partly twenty slides with the most genius information not just surface level of things in terms of oh this is what I did!
00:01:12: This is why you can do it as well.
00:01:15: You go deep...you create deep.
00:01:18: Also, every time you record a talking head I can see it.
00:01:22: Maybe one hundred and twenty seconds, because when you say one thing there is so much more on your head which would be also important to mention.

00:01:42: You know SO MUCH that if could not only record a sixty or one-hundred and twenty minute talking head reel... ...you can do this for sixty minutes?

00:02:41: but i don't see you as an authority in your niche because other people are less intelligent than me or have more clients because they don't try to convince people in terms of, look how good I am.

00:03:06: They build a brand that's built on authority A Brand People Want To Follow Not because it is logical, not because its a topic they currently need and have on their list for so long already.
00:03:25: But because they desire to.
00:03:27: They truly want too!
00:03:30: They want be part of something bigger And Something BIGGER Always needs leader.
00:03:36: So what we need you do in your content Is NOT To Be Less Smart but build more authority By being smart Because this combination Outperforms.
00:03:49: Every surface level content, every dump content that is created only for reach purposes... ...every authority content that might sound good but it's surface-level and as soon you muster that people can't help themselves!

00:04:16: Where show your method?
00:04:18: Show the concept?
00:04:19: Tell people what they need to do?
00:04:23: This step one and then these steps two And this step three When use language You understand Your clients understand But not everyone on target understands Content where you have the feeling and it can be everything.
00:04:37: It can't be a carousel pose, or it could really be a podcast episode Or YouTube video.
00:04:42: when they finally understand how good I am They won't!
00:04:52: when you tell them how good you are and they also will hire you, When You Tell Them To Hire You They Will Follow You As Soon as You Lead Them.
00:05:02: So it's not enough to create content that is just smart because It Is Good In Terms Of Oh She'S A Highly Skilled Woman!
00:05:10: Oh she's so intelligent oh she's SO GOOD in what she's doing.
00:05:15: there WILL BE ALWAYS PEOPLE THAT WELL YOU THAT THERE WILL BE always people especially your existing clients The people you know personally, like your friends.
00:05:25: People you met at a business conference.
00:05:27: People who consider buying from you maybe... Those people value these types of content because they already knew the person.
00:05:38: They all decided that you can lead them but those don't.
00:05:45: They don't care how smart you are.
00:05:47: they know how to use chat gpt, they know that can get information from everywhere!
00:05:53: They know five other people who have the feeling of oh...they're as good as her.
00:06:00: Oh I also could hire them.
00:06:02: This is why you need additionally all great things your posting already.
00:06:06: To all deepnesss and geniuses.
00:06:11: You tell people how good u r That you tell people which insane resides your clients get.
00:06:18: Not to tell people what happens as soon they work with you, that you tell stories and draw pictures so the people gets a feeling of it would be insanely dumb not buy from her.
00:06:33: So don't only tell them What To Do.
00:06:36: Tell Them Also Why They Should Do It.
00:06:39: Don't Only Tell Them Steps One Two Three Four Five.
00:06:43: Tell them which wins, which achievements you had while following this method by following these steps.
00:06:51: Don't talk about only your methods!
00:06:53: Show it inside client's case studies.
00:06:56: Show where the clients started and show what other steps will walk through to achieve that.
00:07:04: Don' t expect people to realize how smart they are without telling How smart you are.
00:07:11: Tell them about your certifications, tell them about achievements and experience.
00:07:17: Give examples of it and the first step to do that is that you realize That You don't need to convince them or prove anything.
00:07:31: You don't need to wait until people consumed enough from you so that they realize.
00:07:38: Oh, she's really good in what she is doing!
00:07:40: You can just tell them.
00:07:42: People believe when your telling them.
00:07:44: When YOU say you're the best They think you are the BEST.
00:07:49: When YOU THINK YOU ARE THE BEST And you then SAY you're The Best Then THEY REALLY WILL BELIEVE YOU THAT YOU'RE THE BESST.
00:07:58: If you TELL THEM What becomes possible by working with you?
00:08:03: They will believe that this is what's gonna be possible when they work with you.
00:08:07: Of course, out of full integrity!
00:08:11: But you have to tell them.
00:08:13: You HAVE TO TELL THEM.
00:08:15: THEY WILL BELIEVE YOU THAT YOU CAN LEAD THEM When you actually do, when you stop reacting to things in terms of oh this is trend currently.
00:08:25: This how the market works now.
00:08:31: But by doing your own thing being creative and not waiting until other people are doing certain things just having an idea then doing it.
00:08:42: You don't need permission.
00:08:44: that was never there before.
00:08:47: You don't need permission to share your opinion.
00:09:11: The more you lead, the more people will follow.
00:09:25: So the biggest difference between your current content that sounds extremely smart and what we want you to create, which is Smart Content.
00:09:52: Which shows your expertise but with an additional layer of authority Is What You Believe About Yourself?
00:10:01: It's How Much You Tell People What You Want Them To Think About You, Your Brands, Your Offers Working With You.
00:10:11: people believe what you tell them.
