Why “valuable content” is the biggest lie keeping your brand invisible
Show notes
"Valuable content" might be one of the biggest lies the online business industry ever created.
Because most people don't actually mean valuable content.
They mean educational content.
In this episode, I break down why teaching more isn't the answer, why information alone rarely creates desire, and what today's most successful brands understand about attention, trust, and buying behavior.
We'll talk about why entertainment has become one of the most underrated business skills, how visual storytelling creates a deeper connection than endless teaching ever could, and why people don't fall in love with brands because they understand them.
They fall in love with brands because they experience them.
If you've been trying to educate your way into more sales, this conversation might completely change the way you think about content.
💋
Stop trying to be more valuable.
Start becoming unforgettable.

00:00:00: Valuable content is an illusion.
00:00:02: Inside this industry, there was created the myth around valuable content what valuable content actually is.
00:00:08: and most people when they talk about a valuable content They actually talked about educational content which is teachings trainings inside of carousel posts inside A talking head And This Is something you can do from time to Time.
00:00:24: it's not quote-unquote wrong.
00:00:25: There is no wrong when it comes to creating, producing.
00:00:30: There can't be a wrong when you share your genius and unleash creativity.
00:00:36: but what is quote unquote wrong?
00:00:40: is if you feel like you would have to create educational content all the time, that you wouldn't need to share something.
00:00:48: Create entire masterclasses inside carousel posts so people save it and get attention.
00:00:57: because that's not true.
00:01:00: we're still in Netflix week means We are still comparing your content to series and movies, which is the most valuable thing you can do.
00:01:10: This reason why I do this with my own content all of a time because we learn so much from Hollywood movie series Netflix because it's genius what they're doing.
00:01:24: You already talked about that Because for people Mistake as valuable content is in fact educational content that teaches.
00:01:33: I already said that, but valuable content Is not only Educational it's not only when you quote unquote learn something especially at times of AI.
00:01:45: People don't need more information.
00:01:47: They can get every single piece of information You have inside your head.
00:01:51: they can get on the internet?
00:01:54: They need you to personalize it, but they don't NEED YOU TO JUST KNOW IT!
00:02:03: This is why not the most educational or teaching style content wins anymore.
00:02:09: It's content that entertains.
00:02:11: Because when we think about Instagram just for an example inside this training people DON'T get to instagram and they don´t open the app to learn something.
00:02:20: They don't want be taught on that app.
00:02:22: They open the APP to GET ENTERTAINED Instagram, TikTok.
00:02:28: These are entertainment platforms.
00:02:30: I want to be entertained!
00:02:32: I want spend time with something that gives me joy...I WANT TO HAVE SOMETHING THAT MAKES ME FEEL SAFE WHEN I'm in an awkward social situation.
00:02:42: This is where people kind of flee whenever they get out their heads.
00:02:48: So entertaining them when they seek entertainment Is the best thing you can do.
00:02:55: So valuable content is not only when they learn something.
00:03:00: When you give them something, that can save and never implement.
00:03:04: it's especially when you entertain them ,when.
00:03:15: But not because you tell them something super intelligent, but they can learn something about themselves while watching You doing something.
00:03:24: why do you tell a story so?
00:03:27: They can't learn.
00:03:28: Not in the way of oh this is logical.
00:03:31: This does make sense.
00:03:33: Maybe you remember the times, I remember my school time right now.
00:03:38: When in school it was always like this when you're talking about history or biology.
00:03:45: It was almost an abstract thing!
00:03:47: It wasn't interesting...when i was a teenager and didn't like those topics But every single time that teacher came with a television The entire room went wild.
00:03:59: while we were watching TV In a school class We're watching the white life in Africa, and biology.
00:04:06: we are watching a movie about The Old Rome And suddenly all these things made sense.
00:04:12: Suddenly there were faces, suddenly they were stories, suddenly There was visual words.
00:04:19: So learning In that sense...in school back then Just got another taste.
00:04:26: It became much more joyful.
00:04:29: and it's the same when you create content online.
00:04:32: People don't want to know something, they want to enjoy themselves.
00:04:35: And then why do they enjoy themself?
00:04:37: They realize something about themselves!
00:04:44: Which is the reason why I produce things like The Breakup, Like The Dead Body and Like The Proper Launch because you can watch something.
00:04:51: And while you get entertained by these acting style reels or productions You realize what i did in the past doesn't make sense.
00:05:03: In that example, the entire message of those four productions – The Breakup, The Dead Body, The Funeral and The Proper Launch is traditional launches are dead!
00:05:12: A dead launch doesn't breathe and you want to breathe again.
00:05:24: This is why we create cult-like launches, this is why We create cult like productions.
00:05:30: so there You get to quote unquote.
00:05:32: learn That or you have the realization of oh The way I'm launching currently the way i'm selling currently Doesn't make sense To me anymore?
00:05:42: I Want to create cult Like launches instead because this Is the only thing that makes sense for Me.
00:05:48: as a legend i am.
00:05:50: So you have that realization about yourself, but not because I told you hey the way launching is boring AF It doesn't work anymore.
00:05:58: You have to do it in a different Way But you got to experience something?
00:06:03: You've got to Experience your self while watching this.
00:06:07: This Is The Reason Why i'm hired by seven figure entrepreneurs.
00:06:11: as soon As They want To Ten X their signature offer.
00:06:15: As soon as they want to tan X, how the brand is perceived because we start to create something people actually enjoy where people are entertained.
00:06:25: may it be through kind of productions like The Ones I Just Named?
00:06:29: May It Be Through Trailers?
00:06:30: May IT BE THROUGH SHORT FILMS FOR ANOTHER CLIENT.
00:06:33: WE ARE CREATING AN ENTIRE SHORT FILM SET WHEN WE ARE IN LA FOR HER PRODUCTION DAY WHERE WE HAVE B-ROWS, WE HAVE SHORT FIRMS multiple short films that add to each other.
00:06:46: We have behind the scenes inside, so we spend a whole day together in LA.
00:06:50: I already had an entire concept.
00:06:52: and who created trailer short films B-Rolls Behind The Scenes material or behind the Scenes footage which then creates a perception around her signature offer That is not based on good messaging In terms of this.
00:07:07: important for you because This Is For You when?
00:07:12: if, but people get entertained.
00:07:15: People get soaked into the storyline!
00:07:18: People start to want becoming part of this because it feels something that is so much bigger than just themselves.
00:07:26: they see what becomes possible for them as soon with another client.
00:07:36: I just spent sixty minutes for a take-over hour, she brought an idea of her new offer!
00:07:41: Her work is genius.
00:07:43: it's highly transformative but its not easy to explain into words.
00:07:48: and so when you bring the idea from your offer inside The Take Over Hour where we meet on Telegram And i create these sixty minutes as if your brand was my own So i get all this information.
00:08:01: what do u want?
00:08:05: want to relaunch, is it something new?
00:08:06: Is the signature of a
00:08:08: challenge?".
00:08:09: And I take and create around as if my own brand was still getting in touch with you.
00:08:21: What we created during these sixty minutes for her fits exactly into this entertainment conversation because it is not good messaging in terms of, oh do this and then you should do that.
00:08:32: It's a good launch strategy in terms off post this first And Then You Should Run This Conversion Event To Then Sell That Signature Offer!
00:08:40: It Is A Entire Visual And Therefore Also Communication World That We Created That Is Designed to Entertain and to sell, because inside the sixty minutes we created a storyline around her brand and signature offer that then gives the baseline for entire messaging.
00:09:01: The base line of her visual world which is just insane.
00:09:05: so higher launch on that signature offer.
00:09:08: it's designed to entertain and sell!
00:09:13: And as soon you have an idea Everything starts to unfold itself, but at first you have to allow yourself.
00:09:23: To stop thinking in.
00:09:25: I Have to say the right thing?
00:09:28: I have to do The Right Thing!
00:09:31: I need to create content and start to actually produce.
00:09:37: Allow Yourself to entertain not to teach To serve them needs people have as soon As they open the Instagram app and to entertain them.
00:09:50: To start thinking, this is the right thing to do!
00:09:54: This is logical...this is what I learned.
00:09:57: but to start thinking with a question or leading it how people experience my brand?
00:10:06: How they experience when i sell?
00:10:11: When are inside my paid offer?
00:10:16: When I launch something new, how do they experience it when I relaunched something and then make a big?
00:10:25: Not slight changes.
00:10:28: Not oh this is a little more but an exit.
00:10:33: Big time!
