🎙️ This Episode
In this episode of The Campaign Room, Ramona speaks with Christy Morano about why so many founders unknowingly build their life and business from survival mode—and what becomes possible once they learn to build from safety instead.
Together, they explore how an unregulated nervous system quietly shapes our decisions, relationships, creativity, performance, and capacity to grow. They unpack why most personal development starts in the wrong place, and how regulating the body first changes everything that follows.
Inside the Campaign Room, they also develop a new campaign direction around Christy's work—transforming the conversation from simply "resetting your nervous system" into something much bigger: a rebellion against survival mode.
Christy Morano is a nervous system coach and creator of the CIRA™ Method. She helps people regulate their nervous system, break free from stress and overthinking, and create lasting change by teaching the body how to feel safe again.

00:00:00: While you're listening to today's episode, I want you ask yourself one question.
00:00:05: Where and when in your life have you been calling survival normal?
00:00:10: When did you normalize that survival mode?
00:00:14: That being on a level where it is like oh i need do these things or otherwise i will die becomes the standard because today's conversation completely changed The way I think about that and it made me realize where actually started to build cinematic random words And launch campaigns in first place Because oftentimes, most important topics are highly underrated.
00:00:37: So welcome with me Today's guest.
00:00:40: The beautiful Kristi Morano.
00:00:42: Kristi is a nervous system coach and creator of the Syrah method.
00:00:46: She helps people regulate their nervous systems such important work, break free from stress and overthinking.
00:00:53: And
00:00:53: create lasting change by teaching
00:00:55: the body
00:00:56: how to feel safe again?
00:00:58: Let's welcome her into The Campaign Room and enjoy this episode!
00:01:02: Happy Welcome To This Episode Inside The Campaign room.
00:01:07: we are right now in the middle of season two.
00:01:11: I'm so excited to welcome today our special guest who is or which is Christy Murano.
00:01:18: She's such a beautiful and gorgeous woman, I had the honor to dive into her brand in last couple of hours And what it saw was pretty amazing!
00:01:27: And i'm sure that everyone listening today will be as well as soon as we get to know her.
00:01:34: So Christi welcome to The Campaign Room.
00:01:38: Thank you so much ,I appreciate having me on.
00:01:42: So today you brought one of your offers.
00:01:45: Do you want to tell us how it is called?
00:01:49: Yes, the nervous system reset method
00:01:52: Okay and I'm so excited to talk about that with a topic That is so much needed in this space.
00:02:00: i don't know How many women are like In a state where their nervous system Is like Nothing or Like everything.
00:02:09: It's like There's so much tension, there is so much pressure.
00:02:12: I need to do this!
00:02:15: As soon as we bring that topic on another layer into the online space in the world and day-to-day life for women everything will change or not only women but also men.
00:02:26: So many people are in a state with their nervous system which isn't good at all... I just want you call it like that!
00:02:35: Talking about the Nervous System Reset Method today is therefore so, so important and maybe you can just give us a little wrap up in like four to five sentences.
00:02:47: What it was?
00:02:48: Is the nervous system reset method what's all about?
00:03:00: out of survival into safety.
00:03:02: Most people don't even know what that means and we can go a little bit deeper in to that afterwards but it's basically teaching yourself how to regulate, how to shift your state.
00:03:14: most people do not realise they are moving from survival which affects our everyday life.
00:03:22: so my method teaches you It's a very simplified guide of what you can do every day to help regulate yourself and shift your self out that state.
00:03:33: so then, you could experience life in different way.
00:03:36: I also have the SIRRA method which is included... ...which actually rewiring your brain & lifetime.
00:03:42: also That more on the neuroplasticity side Yeah!
00:03:45: To help break free from loops or patterns And things just keeping you stuck in life.
00:03:52: I love this so much.
00:03:53: This is important.
00:03:56: Besides what I already saw online, I saw your sales page.
00:03:59: I saw you're content around it which is amazing and also... ...I want to know more about in terms of what's the motivation behind?
00:04:08: So why does this offer even exist like What is the reason that YOU created
00:04:16: it?!
00:04:18: So, I am someone that always...I don't like to use this term anymore but just keep it simple so people can understand.
00:04:35: It really controlled me.
00:04:37: I didn't control it and... ...it would just destabilise me, on the inside.. ..I was dying!
00:04:44: On the outside even though everything looked fine.
00:04:47: people will be like oh i'd never known that it's so debilitating for me.
00:04:53: Spiraled over days where big things happen in life because trust never stops coming.
00:05:02: then I was just so anxious that i couldn't even function.
00:05:09: So then, um...I tried all different modalities therapy hypnotherapy journaling affirmations you name it?
00:05:18: I did it!
00:05:19: I tried it and It still wasn't Breaking me free from That.
00:05:24: You know what I felt Was like where I was trapped.
00:05:27: it was Just Like the same patterns The Same feeling Repeating over And Over Again.
00:05:32: So I was very good at, you know regulating myself because i'm a yoga instructor.
00:05:36: I teach meditation, breath work but it wasn't quite shifting me out of those patterns and those loops that I was stuck in.
00:05:44: so I started to study the greats um Tony Robbins Joda Spenza ,I started to studied neuroplasticity neuroscience .
00:05:52: And basically I took a lot of different theories So everybody could do it.
00:05:59: It just made sense, and the more I did it... ...and the more practice here was like.
00:06:05: this really works!
00:06:07: And that's when my life completely started to change.
00:06:13: You know?
00:06:13: I'd have days where i would sit there and cry.
00:06:15: Like..I can't believe that I don't have to feel this way anymore.
00:06:20: It is not controlling me.
00:06:24: It was just the biggest breakthrough and I knew that i had to be able to share it with others.
00:06:29: And you know, I'm grateful for helping so many thousands of people everywhere!
00:06:36: I am also very grateful to have been able to do this with everyone.
00:06:39: Wow what a powerful story...I love it so
00:06:43: much!!!
00:06:44: I want more about the motivation behind in terms Because it makes sense that you share what you experience for yourself, which is such a great motivation.
00:06:59: Which like the baseline or thing that fakes everything you do so powerful.
00:07:05: and then I think there might be some things where if more people knew about nervous system Or how they just live their day to day life what would it be?
00:07:22: where we're like, if anyone or everyone would know that then the entire world will change.
00:07:29: Yeah as you know I think that's the biggest thing is most people don't realize how important this is.
00:07:35: they search for all these different things but yet they don't start with The Foundation.
00:07:40: and The Foundation Is Our Nervous System And The State That We Are In Our Body.
00:07:44: Most People Try To Heal Through The Mind.
00:07:49: it's not.
00:07:50: you have to shift the state of the body first.
00:07:52: So, the first step is always to regulate yourself and once you shift that state then we can start working through the mind.
00:08:00: obviously yes they work simultaneously together but if your body is in a state of survival which most of us wake up every day We don't even realise because we've been so programmed and conditioned to do that That we don't see as an issue And like I said It decides how you experience your life.
00:08:21: So it affects all your decisions, all day long every day and how we react to things our conversations are love money And so many people I see up performance or creativity in so many People get so stuck in certain areas of their lives but they never think They need to come home to themselves changing the state and helping heal your nervous system.
00:08:49: And,
00:08:50: you know doing the practices that we should be doing every day they are free like That's the point as well.
00:08:56: it just is free for us to do these things.
00:08:59: but yeah We spend thousands of dollars on all these other things, which I'm not saying that they're great and don't have their benefits.
00:09:08: They do but none of it sticks.
00:09:10: if you don't heal the nervous system fast or work with your nervous system It becomes... You are just adding stress upon stress even down to working out.
00:09:22: you know, people don't realise that if you regulate your state first then work out from a more efficient place and you don't have to do as much.
00:09:32: So it just makes life easier!
00:09:34: And I just wish every single person out there would understand the value of it...and how easy is?
00:09:41: yes?
00:09:42: It may be boring..it maybe repetitive um and it may feel like you're not doing anything at fast but it works.
00:09:51: I'm a living testimony that it works.
00:09:53: Um, i have many people that are living testimonies That It Works and um...it really changes so Many Things About Your Life And..I just wish everybody would do it!
00:10:05: And thats why Im here to try and spread the word.
00:10:09: This is amazing ..i think you can see in my facial expression its like.
00:10:13: ok yes lets go we're on point.
00:10:16: because when ive Because the reason why I love to bring people, women like you and their amazing offers.
00:10:25: And they're amazing vision into The Campaign Room is because we create a stage here not only with the podcast itself but what we talk about inside The Campaign room Is What Creates The Actual Stage?
00:10:36: It's Making it Bigger!
00:10:38: We don't see as something that i'm selling an offer on the internet.
00:10:42: its becoming Something Where People Get To Yeah, they get to recognize themselves in it.
00:10:51: They want to be part of something and the way you talk about your work The way you talked about your offer.
00:10:58: It's like the energy or vibe.
00:11:00: if you just watch on YouTube You see it.
00:11:03: If you've heard Christy Talks On the podcast Or felt that I'm sure everything is okay What does she say next?
00:11:14: And this is so amazing.
00:11:16: Then I have compared to that, a look at the nervous system reset method like the sales page.
00:11:26: what i see about it online right now.
00:11:30: It's amazing because there has So much potential To make This What you were talking About Right Now Especially How You Talked About
00:11:39: It.
00:11:40: There Is So Much Potential To Bring So Many People With You on board, like the same page.
00:11:46: We're like okay I'm just...I am leaving everything as anything that Christy says and let's do this!
00:11:56: And can i tell you what?
00:12:00: What are actually building right now?
00:12:03: Yes
00:12:04: inside my head there's so many or they're so much space going on while you talk.
00:12:08: because as already said I love your energy, i love how you talk about it and its just lighting me up the way that you talked about your work.
00:12:17: How big is this mission?
00:12:19: And therefore the vision are currently on!
00:12:22: Because when I read what I just read nervous system reset method...it makes sense.
00:12:28: And it's also something people understand.
00:12:30: because okay, its about nervous system reset.
00:12:33: It does make sense but your work doesn't makes sense.
00:12:37: in a way of I wanted to make sense.
00:12:40: you want people to feel it and when i hear your talk the entire time inside my head was more or less The thought.
00:12:52: this is not about resetting a nervous system.
00:12:56: Of course it is.
00:12:57: It's the baseline of work, but more or less...it's called a rebellion against survival mode The rebellion against the state which like ninety-nine percent people on this planet are in and think that its normal.
00:13:16: And I just got goosebumps Because this so big.
00:13:23: Of course, we're talking about the nervous system reset method which is an entry level offer in your world I guess right?
00:13:29: Yes correct.
00:13:31: And at the same time when you think of the brand and every entry-level author should lead into a paid world where it's like okay...we onto something here.
00:13:44: Entry level offers a special.
00:13:46: they are like the door.
00:13:47: They are the entry, Like the name says it's like if you would have liked a store.
00:13:54: It doesn't matter what happens inside when?
00:13:57: The door or the portal of where people get in its promises less than what people actually get when they're inside.
00:14:08: Therefore, we think about the campaign and nervous system research method.
00:14:12: I would love to open up space in terms of.
00:14:16: let's talk about the entire mission first like the entire brand.
00:14:21: yeah
00:14:23: absolutely um.
00:14:25: you know the mission is people heal, you know to help with the elevation of humanity.
00:14:32: You know that is my goal.
00:14:34: and even if I always said whenever i teach when a ride guide whether it be through meditation or yoga ,my method or one-on-one coaching its just
00:14:47: helping
00:14:48: them become better versions themselves.
00:14:54: I truly believe that we have so much within us.
00:14:57: We all have different gifts and we will have So many beautiful things are with our within as they're just so Stuck from all this junk, okay?
00:15:06: All these things there in the way right but we can't.
00:15:11: we haven't fully let go of.
00:15:13: And when we start to learn Different tools They're just tools that we cannot do a toolbox Right or me starts to learn these different tools and modalities that we can use.
00:15:23: and they work, we use them with repetition and consistency.
00:15:28: That's when you really start to see changes happen in our lives.
00:15:32: And the mission is just if everybody can understand that these simple things that we can utilise every single day The simple thing like learning how to breathe correctly Learning how move your body in certain ways.
00:15:48: rather than Go go, do execute push harder.
00:15:54: Do more.
00:15:55: it's like we've forgotten.
00:15:57: this is lost art of just learning how to be.
00:16:01: and You know women do need more being than doing.
00:16:05: men need More Doing Than Being.
00:16:06: but still How many people?
00:16:08: Do you Know That?
00:16:09: Actually Just Take The Time To Come Back To Themselves Return To the Self And Sit.
00:16:17: you know, whether it's breathing.
00:16:18: Whether its meditating or just sitting with your eyes closed.
00:16:22: how many people really take the time to do that?
00:16:27: Yeah nevermany
00:16:28: and I'm a true believer in we're all here to help each other.
00:16:33: And if took our gifts together collectively as community.
00:16:40: unity is in community right To unite!
00:16:43: To be together If could come together add our value and what it is that we are experiences, and what we've embodied to help other people elevate.
00:16:53: How much quicker would we all elevate and grow?
00:16:56: And be free from our own minds because that's what keeps us stuck—all this stuff in our body!
00:17:02: It's like...it's just there!
00:17:06: I just want to help you release it because i know the difference that it makes in your life and i know that You'll have a totally different experience, like i said stress never stops coming.
00:17:18: People think they're going to walk around be healed Have sunshine or rainbows?
00:17:24: You are not ever gonna stop feeling certain emotions but the fact that you can return quicker, and be more non-reactive.
00:17:32: You can pause before you react or like I said have better conversations!
00:17:37: Have love and not sabotage it!
00:17:39: Earn more money because when we do all these things it expands our capacity as to what were able to deal with...what are able to hold And therefore life really starts.
00:17:52: You're like, wow I can really do this.
00:17:56: And not just that you get to understand what YOU love more... ...I think there's so many people don't even know what brings them joy What brings them love?
00:18:06: What truly is they desire and we spend a lifetime trying figure it
00:18:13: out.
00:18:15: And they say all the time, you know.
00:18:16: The best ideas are in the graveyard because a lot of people die with those things Because
00:18:21: They're held back
00:18:22: by fear or shame Or All these different Things Programming and conditionings that we
00:18:28: have
00:18:29: That Are just keeping us stuck In the emotions Of past.
00:18:33: I Just want to help People as much As i can try To break free from that
00:18:38: And
00:18:39: Just become the Best Version.
00:18:40: Yeah,
00:18:43: not that.
00:18:44: and when you say best version of themselves.
00:18:46: so we're still like.
00:18:48: I Still find The red thread that runs through everything.
00:18:53: Like the rule.
00:18:54: yeah because this topic it's.
00:18:56: It's so huge its soul Thank You can if it affects like Everything.
00:19:01: So what do we talk about on the nervous system?
00:19:04: If it affects how you lead your business How are you make decisions?
00:19:07: it defects or effect affects your relationships.
00:19:11: It's effects how you body reacts to movements, to food like everything is correlated with it.
00:19:18: so I'm still trying find the red thread.
00:19:21: then we can talk about a campaign that could run around because they need a storyline which people catch up or buy into.
00:19:32: and therefore when your mission.
00:19:37: When we talk about what not only becomes possible, but when you also talk about how it feels all the things have changed in your life What would you say is?
00:19:50: The identity people step into as soon as they do their work with you?
00:19:55: or who do They become by resetting that nervous system?
00:20:00: Yeah so your identity I believe should always be evolving right, it should never just be always stepping into a new identity and that's kind of it.
00:20:09: And that's where we are your adent- Your identity evolves constantly.
00:20:14: you know the only one constant in life is change and if you're not growing You're dying Right?
00:20:21: I feel like.
00:20:22: but when you start to do work The number One thing Is...is..you'll gonna able sit with so often?
00:20:31: When We get anxiety, we get some kind of what we call a trigger emotional activation these type things this feeling that happens in your body right heart starts beating fast.
00:20:42: you get that pit in your stomach.
00:20:44: Your breath may get short and choppy.
00:20:47: um We feel that through our bodies it's a body activation.
00:20:52: then the mind starts creating the stories.
00:20:54: What if this?
00:20:55: Why is it happening to
00:20:57: me?".
00:20:58: The mind starts to then spiral, which in turn creates even more of a motion activation on your body.
00:21:05: and now we're in an urgency or feeling like I need to solve it!
00:21:10: Or fix something... To make that feel go away.
00:21:15: When you learn how to be able sit with yourself at that moment then you're self-soothing rather than externally trying to fix it, and that's what most people do.
00:21:28: They don't even realise they are doing it.
00:21:31: We constantly search for external regulation.
00:21:34: we never taught how to self soothe.
00:21:38: And when you learn to be able to do that number one You become like I said your less reactive So something may come into your life.
00:21:48: That's too good to be true.
00:21:51: Well, maybe it's not.
00:21:52: It is just that you're being activated right now because You think its a threat.
00:21:57: When really?
00:21:58: Its Not!
00:21:58: Its Just A feeling from the past.
00:22:01: So your able To have better discernment Your able Make Better Decisions Your more conscious everyday.
00:22:08: You are able Feel More Things.
00:22:10: You'll Be able to Live Enjoy More.
00:22:12: You Are able to Be More Creative More Productive.
00:22:17: If you think about it, if something bad... You know what we deem is bad or an event happens in our lives.
00:22:23: In the morning right?
00:22:24: How much of a day do we spend talking to friends analyzing it trying to figure out?
00:22:31: now We have AI where people are asking chat.
00:22:34: Why Is this happening?
00:22:35: What's going on?
00:22:36: Trying To Figure It Out?
00:22:38: All The Time You Spend Doing That You know kind of wasted time and you look back, can you think
00:22:46: wow
00:22:47: all the hours Add up over-the years that I waste a time worrying about that thing or being in their activation when i could have learnt to self soothe bring myself Back And then I can just handle this situation with the information.
00:23:05: I'm given right?
00:23:06: That's completely different mindset.
00:23:08: That's a completely different person than who you were before and how he would have handled situations.
00:23:15: Before it will come up in your work, It'll come up with friends family or love taking risks when it comes to business When people are afraid that they can't do this How about we learn to create safety within ourselves first, and then we can move with the fear.
00:23:41: We're able not let it control us or take over as well be able handle the feeling that it creates.
00:23:48: but instead of no I cant do too much for me because you are going feel overwhelmed Not just people who already successful building from survival At one point or another, you're going to hit burnout.
00:24:04: You are gonna hit overwhelm.
00:24:07: It affects our health.
00:24:09: If your living in chronic stress which most people I'm not stressed Well...you probably are Even if you don't feel like that.
00:24:17: That effects your health.
00:24:18: Your constantly releasing cortisol Adrenaline pumping through the body and then People wonder why they get these illnesses And it manifests as different things throughout Our lives.
00:24:31: So all these things will have an effect based on your nervous system and what you're doing day-to-day to regulate yourself, but I tell everybody it's like daily hygiene.
00:24:43: We don't wake up and think i'm not going to brush my teeth today or am not gonna wash.
00:24:47: And that's how you have to look at regulating yourself.
00:24:50: You have to know that how you start your day?
00:24:54: You wake up use set your state before the world decides it for you before you go to bed, shut everything down so don't take it into tomorrow.
00:25:04: These are basic things as human beings that we should be doing non-negotiable but yeah because we do not place any value and think you know so hard to make people realize the difference.
00:25:21: and if we'd have done that from such a young age wow, our lives would be so different.
00:25:28: Yeah yeah it's just said two...so important things!
00:25:32: It was all important thing-wise of course When we think in campaigns, when you think about how it can make this even bigger.
00:25:41: How he can make even more people know the value of these and especially your work.
00:25:46: there were two things that stand out or stood out for me.
00:25:49: It wasn't on one hand...it was less wasted time.
00:25:54: This is such a strong message because if I think back to our heads instead in our body, in the situation we currently actually are.
00:26:08: Then I think this is such a good picture that many people then understand intuitively and say oh yeah!
00:26:16: This does make sense.
00:26:18: so it would be something i will definitely implement.
00:26:21: also one thing... And here's what to talk about with you that come up for you, because we have like this comparison.
00:26:34: We have the before after...we have the unregulated nervous system versus the regulated nervous system..We have building from survival verses.... We have wasted time verses so it's much easier to Articulate.
00:26:55: like you're in survival mode or your build from survival, Or you waste your time.
00:26:59: What would he say?
00:27:01: It's like the opposite of now people built from survival versus building from da-da-da.
00:27:11: Safety
00:27:12: safety yes Love it
00:27:16: Yes
00:27:17: Okay and I think this is These are two main things.
00:27:23: Everything could run around like the waste of time and building from safety instead of survival.
00:27:33: Yes,
00:27:34: And we don't need that in terms off without it doesn't work but It always adds an ally a nice layer.
00:27:44: What would you say?
00:27:46: Would stay a person?
00:27:48: do your work with both men and women
00:27:50: correct?
00:27:51: yes
00:27:52: What would say a person the moment she or he starts to build from safety?
00:27:58: Now I am da-da-da.
00:28:00: I'm a da-dada woman, man!
00:28:04: Yeah so when you're building from safety your in more regulated state So you want try and predominantly move from that space.
00:28:15: When you are building form this place You're more creative, you are using the self that is there and already within us.
00:28:27: That's going to look different for every single person because we were all built completely differently which makes it so beautiful.
00:28:35: but now your building...you sleep better!
00:28:39: Like I said you will be more productive or more creative not gonna hit burnout.
00:28:43: you can listen to yourself and feel more.
00:28:46: you're now able to be in different rooms, handle better conversations not sabotage opportunities or sabotage relationships.
00:28:57: You know...you are able do a lot of the things that you wouldn't even realise ...that you were capable of doing like for example I used to think you know, i used to love people that were creative and I used be like man.
00:29:13: You don't really see myself as a very creative person but the more I started to regulate myself the more was able to write books so it's able create better flows of yoga.
00:29:27: now im unlocked this creative side within me.
00:29:32: That's the fun part.
00:29:38: You don't know what that better version of self looks like because you haven't yet discovered it.
00:29:45: Yeah, yeah
00:29:47: Right?
00:29:48: And when you start to discover these new things and these gifts, then... You know?
00:29:52: ...you start.
00:29:52: see.
00:29:53: okay I'm really good at that.
00:29:55: Like I started to notice I was really good in simplifying things and explaining things making it make sense taking something which would seem more complicated breaking down so everybody can understand it because everything is very simple doesn't mean its easy but it is very simple and we just overcomplicate things.
00:30:18: So I would say, you know... You're going to experience life in a much better more fulfilled way And that's the beautiful thing.
00:30:32: It never stops..you've never stopped Going through layers There always another layer.
00:30:39: Healing isn't reaching an end goal but the journey does get more beautiful because you're able to just experience life more.
00:30:48: You are able be more present, that's the biggest thing as well!
00:30:54: Because your'e more conscious and aware... A lot of people will sit down have conversations right?
00:31:02: And I don't know if you would ever experienced this in your start.
00:31:06: having a conversation with someone But not really listening what they say.
00:31:10: I've got to do this or they have triggered a thought in your head and now you're thinking about your situation.
00:31:19: You are not present, right?
00:31:20: You aren't being that present moment!
00:31:22: And...
00:31:24: ...I spent so much of my life even when i'm with my kids,
00:31:27: right?!
00:31:27: I would be with children and think let me regulate myself bring myself back come back because it truly is the only place where life exists.
00:31:41: That in itself is one of the biggest gifts that we have, but hopefully it answers your question.
00:31:50: There were definitely some words because if you want to hear what's happening inside my head around the recent method.
00:32:00: all things you said just mirror their back.
00:32:03: right now It's so amazing and a way people understand it, and I'm so sure that everyone listening right now is already on the edge of their seat in terms When you talk about it like in the way.
00:32:22: You just did and last couple of minutes people are immediately sold And I think this is something we should never leverage for that campaign because when you talk About it, like straight from the heart The hard one you talked about it in terms off.
00:32:35: This Is what i actually want to Create or What?
00:32:39: I Want To happen inside this world.
00:32:41: then People Are Like Okay, tell me more.
00:32:45: Tell Me More!
00:32:46: It's amazing.
00:32:47: So what I would do and What i see for the nervous system reset method is definitely a rename The nervous system research method.
00:32:56: it explains the offer And also it should be stay like part of the messaging because something Like A Method Also Nervous System Reset its just logical in terms Of people understand that they get it on the same page than with The Body in terms of, oh it does make sense.
00:33:14: This is exactly what I want.
00:33:15: this is exactly What i need and also method sounds amazing!
00:33:19: I want exactly that and It also showcases That your work Is unique.
00:33:23: And then I would Also invite the emotions more In terms Of?
00:33:29: It's not named after the method.
00:33:35: The method can just be inside the tagline, but that they offer itself is more something to paste into.
00:33:41: who do I become or what will i experience as soon as i join?
00:33:47: So it could be some thing like Just having a quicker look in my notes.
00:33:52: Its' not like the name yet
00:33:55: Yeah
00:33:56: But from words you just pick out of your head, experiencing life.
00:34:07: The most fulfilled version of yourself or like being more present.
00:34:12: it's not a name yet but this is the direction I would go into so that people get more like feeling and emotion in their outcome.
00:34:20: And then i wouldn't focus on because what you were seeing when looking at your sales page was explaining how they can use them not get rid of it completely, I would still keep the thing with fifty minutes per day because this is amazing.
00:34:41: Because everyone's like in a question or if they don't have time and people are under so much pressure They're like oof!
00:34:48: I can't...I don' t have that time And then we'll have these fifteen minutes for today.
00:34:53: Okay easy But than i wouldn´t explain to them how it looks Like keep it more like a secret in terms of the actual how and more talk about what, why.
00:35:08: So... What is the reason?
00:35:10: Why
00:35:11: now?!
00:35:13: And therefore I would just talk about things you were talking to me!
00:35:19: I'd showcase a lot that they're experiencing right now.
00:35:23: so i'll create an entire series on Instagram for example or play that on other platforms, but I would just get and take Instagram as an example because i know you have a huge following there.
00:35:37: I would use instagram to create a series which has different episodes where you showcase how people experience their life right now and then why it doesn't make sense at all.
00:35:52: so they more or less laugh about themselves.
00:35:57: Oh, now that I'm just seeing myself like it would be from the outside.
00:36:03: It's ridiculous what i'm doing there!
00:36:05: But it doesn't make sense at all.
00:36:07: and then you can always tie it back to then the system reset method or how is this called?
00:36:15: And then just bring them into space so they sell up for something else.
00:36:25: It can be like talking head stuff.
00:36:28: Mm-hmm it's can also be real, serious show cinematic kind of things where I'll have like these situations and when you do a little acting or maybe You also have someone who can do it with you.
00:36:45: When you have like situations Or you just double yourself And you play both roles.
00:36:49: there are different ways to Do that?
00:36:52: Also when we don't every only see you also That is possible.
00:36:55: but what i would create?
00:36:56: something Where people realize Okay, yeah I see myself there but it doesn't make sense what i'm doing.
00:37:04: I have to exchange something.
00:37:06: Yes yes that's a great idea!
00:37:09: Thank you
00:37:11: My pleasure.
00:37:11: and then also I would add in um maybe because the fifteen minute thing Are you doing Instagram lives?
00:37:22: No not at the moment.
00:37:25: are you open to do them?
00:37:27: Yeah uh its just timing.
00:37:29: Yeah that's the biggest thing because you have to be consistent with it.
00:37:31: and I do believe in one things.
00:37:35: What would you think about doing One Instagram Live for fifteen minutes each week?
00:37:40: Yeah,
00:37:42: yeah this possibility
00:37:44: where they do their fifteen minutes together with you mm-hmm And You can Do on This live you Can.
00:37:51: i wouldn't tell them something i Wouldn't teach Them Something In Terms of oh i'm Just Teaching you.
00:37:56: i Would show I would show them what you were to do.
00:38:00: or are you can just, you could also frame it as something like.
00:38:05: You're doing your nervous system reset routine today?
00:38:09: Like every single day and today which is so they have a date with you like every single week And then you can always use that To tell them during this once the week.
00:38:22: together is fun But if you're actually serious about resetting your nervous system, You have to do it every single day.
00:38:29: Yes
00:38:30: Here can try
00:38:32: yes
00:38:33: I think this would be amazing.
00:38:35: and then you have like i would frame the author or The entire brand than As something I still love the idea with the rebellion against survival mode.
00:38:47: So, i would like
00:38:49: that!
00:38:49: The rebellion against Survival Mode?
00:38:52: I love it and you can create so much around it because especially in Survival mode is a term people know Yes It's something where maybe they don't want to... Yeah They lie about themselves.
00:39:13: Yes, they're
00:39:15: in denial.
00:39:16: They want to deny it right?
00:39:19: But maybe its also a topic where I know that this is more important now
00:39:28: and
00:39:32: we have the survival mode as an enemy of your entire movement or brand legacy.
00:39:38: however you call So that you clearly mark the people understand that the survival mode is nothing.
00:39:50: That it's okay to have but It's something You should get rid of because otherwise XYZ and then you have for people who already know it Who all ready made a decision like yes Finally, I have my people who realize and know that the survival mode is something that doesn't make sense at all.
00:40:10: And then you have this common enemy where you can gather your people like okay... ...I don't want to live in survival mode anymore!
00:40:19: Your entire messaging can be around the survival more or less so.
00:40:24: you create a masterclass around like escaping survival mode, or killing survival mode.
00:40:31: Or whatsoever.
00:40:33: you could then use it when you sell the nervous system reset method?
00:40:38: When you're selling your signature offers on one-on-one You can also there just use survival mode Like getting rid of survival mode or stop building from survival modes start building from safety.
00:40:47: So I would use that as the main message.
00:40:50: and they are around Rebellion against the survival mode.
00:40:58: Yes, so much edit.
00:41:01: I know it's great.
00:41:02: That's really good.
00:41:05: I Was talking a lot right now and they still have a bunch of ideas.
00:41:10: Is there anything that sparked like the most?
00:41:13: we're like
00:41:17: No, I think your idea.
00:41:18: Your concept is good.
00:41:20: the rebellion you know?
00:41:22: It's important for people to really understand that it has its place right?
00:41:27: Survival mode we need.
00:41:28: our bodies are developed very intelligently.
00:41:31: if were walking through words and a snake jumps out then y'know...we need our survival.
00:41:36: If there's an apocalypse We don't have to be living from day-to-day.
00:41:44: Therefore, when we talk about the series again... My head is just going wild.
00:41:54: When it's serious!
00:41:55: ...when they could create something like the survival mode as a running gag?
00:42:03: I don't know if you watched Gilmore Girls or Broken Nine-Nine.
00:42:07: What was the number like?
00:42:09: Broken nine-nine?
00:42:10: i think it was.
00:42:11: When you're serious, they are always like running gags.
00:42:15: So Gilmore Girls You Always Have The Coffee...you have Friday night at the parents' house.
00:42:20: when we talk about Brooklyn Nine It's like I don't know if he watched it or If He Didn't Watch It.
00:42:25: And There Is Like They Running With Your Name Of Your Sex Tape.
00:42:29: so there is something that goes through everything.
00:42:33: and when We Think About Serious Could Be Something Where Then The Main Character Realizes survival mode.
00:42:43: Like the survival mode as being like, okay it didn't make sense to do that because I was acting from survival mode and you have this day-to-day situation And then there is no bear who wants to eat me or something.
00:42:56: So we have a ridiculous situation.
00:42:59: Then the survival could become something that runs through the entire brand Merge, where it's like you have something with survival mode and a nice sentence.
00:43:14: Where I got the words from Survival Mode or something like that?
00:43:19: It is not bad at all.
00:43:20: but what is happening here?
00:43:24: And also like the Anti-Survival Mode Masterclass Or Something Like That You can play with that alot this entire... when we think about the movement, the brand.
00:43:39: It doesn't have to be only that but if we make these a big piece of it then it's not.
00:43:46: oh she does nervous system recess work?
00:43:50: Yeah!
00:43:50: But its- This is the place where I go when i realize I don't want to live in survival mode anymore.
00:43:57: Yes yes that's great..I love her
00:44:02: I love it as well.
00:44:08: So, so good.
00:44:10: Yes very good!
00:44:13: When you think about the ideas it's not a finalised campaign yet It is more of an idea.
00:44:20: What are your
00:44:30: thoughts on creating making people see and have the perspective of, oh wow this is why I react to this way or make these decisions.
00:44:44: Or this is what wake up in feel like this understanding that those a lot coming from survival mode are making people realise it's right you're saying things need to be understood
00:45:00: as soon they understand how ridiculous how much of a nonsense that behavior is not because it's their fault.
00:45:10: Yeah, exactly
00:45:11: themself in the situation where they would like if someone else will do It and they were like what are you doing?
00:45:16: But They Do Like on autopilot so Getting Them Into The Situation Where They Realize That It Doesn't Make Sense To Continue Living Like They Do Right Now.
00:45:28: Which Is The Biggest Motivator And They Will Move So Fast?
00:45:33: Yes.
00:45:33: Not only the nervous system reset method, but in all of your offers and I'm so sure that at least one button show that it's much more people listening right now aren't a state off okay?
00:45:49: And no where can i find Christy?
00:45:51: Where Can I Find Her Work?
00:45:53: Where Or How Can I Join A Nervous System Reset Method?
00:45:56: So What Is The Best Place Where People Get In Contact With You?
00:46:00: Yeah, absolutely.
00:46:01: So you can either get in contact with me through any of my social media so it's all just my name Christy Murano Instagram, TikTok and Facebook And then my website is just crustymurano.com.

00:46:53: It makes so much more fun.
00:46:56: So it doesn't make sense to not do it, just check Christy and her profiles out.
00:47:01: I'm excited to share this episode!
00:47:04: I am excited to see what you made of these ideas how the campaign unfolds And it was such a pleasure.
00:47:11: Thank-you for being my guest inside today.
00:47:15: Thank-You very much.
00:47:18: I enjoy creating this campaign for and with Christie.
00:47:21: so,so much.
00:47:22: And it showed me one more time how important a good storyline is For every launch of every offer because Every single author has a story line A cinematic storyline that if you would add to your marketing and sales Would move everyone The right people at the right Time.
00:47:40: There's something that not many people know about me, but in August of the year I crossed my first noggin and cash received.
00:47:48: And on October twenty-five I crossed mine second!
00:47:51: The only thing i changed between this time span was the way to launch my offers.
00:48:03: wait much too much time on hyper specific messaging and I started to add in a storyline for every single author.
00:48:10: And i proved this concept over and over again before I then started to add it into my high-proximity clients' launches.
00:48:19: And what happened is just mind blowing, they started making twenty five k weeks hundred fifty K launches.
00:48:25: one of them had a forty eight K month directly after twelve K months have been here maximum the four like ten to twelve K over and over again, one after the other.
00:48:38: And as soon as we added a cinematic approach to her brand or offer for launch like that it was a forty-eight K month!
00:48:48: That's exactly what I realized when I realized we are onto something huge here...and this is why i spent two weeks putting together the cinematic launch playbook.
00:49:00: And inside, you'll get the exact framework I still use to date before every single launch campaign i create for my seven-figure clients or my in-house creative direction clients from myself The same framework that has been behind more than two million sales My storyline framework!
00:49:22: Builder, I used to map out every campaign before we ever create a single content piece and We are the link in the show notes.
00:49:35: You get instant access To all of this through the entire cinematic launch playbook for eleven dollars.
00:49:41: So click on it.
00:49:42: Get yourself into the show knows.
00:49:44: Click on the link And make your next launch feel like A real ass event instead Of just another promotion.
