🎙️ This Episode
In this episode of The Campaign Room, Ramona sits down with Gwen Ferreira to explore what happens when the way you built your successful business becomes the very thing preventing it from evolving.
Gwen brings her 12-month Elite Mastermind into the Campaign Room—an offer for six and seven-figure female founders who already know how to sell, but are tired of being the sales system their entire business depends on.
Together, they unpack the shift from building a business powered by your constant presence, live launches and sales conversations to building a grown-up business designed to create revenue without depending on your time, energy or availability.
Inside the Campaign Room, they develop an entirely new campaign direction for Elite around the evolution of the online business industry—turning live launches, late-night DMs and revenue firefighting into artifacts of an old era and positioning Gwen’s work as the next evolutionary step for founders who want to build real companies that last.
Because the goal isn’t to stop launching, showing up or selling. It’s to make those things optional—and build a business that no longer needs you to personally keep the revenue machine running.
Gwen Ferreira is a backend sales strategist for female-founded online service providers who are making sales but still acting as the sales system. She helps them turn their backend into a revenue driver by building offer ecosystems, installing sales systems that sell without them, and creating a client experience that keeps people in their world for years, not weeks.

00:00:00: There was this moment inside the campaign room episode with Gwen when I had
00:00:04: goosebumps.
00:00:05: And it was that exact moment where I realized, This is exactly why i do what i do.
00:00:11: Why create brand shows?
00:00:13: Why creates cinematic launch campaigns?
00:00:15: Why?
00:00:15: its all about episodic content and im pretty sure you will realize at one point because you have chills as well.
00:00:24: And it's getting even better because if you're launching a twelve month mastermind and want to blow the F out of water with it, or finally take your passive sales systems to the moon then this episode is for you!
00:00:38: Todays guest is the amazing Gwen Ferrera.
00:00:41: Gwen is back on Sales Strategies for female founded online service providers who are making sales but still acting like the sales system themselves relying in launches content & conversations in, with clients buying one offer and then leaving.
00:00:56: She helps them turn their back end into a revenue drive that matches the front-end by building offer ecosystems and selling sales systems that sell without them AND creating a client experience that keeps people in this world for years – not weeks!
00:01:11: So lean back, fasten your seatbelt… And enjoy Welcome to the campaign room.
00:01:19: Also today I have a very special guest with me and i already have an amazing campaign idea for her offer, which I'm actually really excited about!
00:01:28: And I am curious how it's going to shape within the next couple of minutes.
00:01:32: but before we dive into that welcome
00:01:36: Gwen!!
00:01:37: I'm happy you're here today so let us know what offers do bring in your campaign room?
00:01:45: Hi everyone, I'm so excited to be here today.
00:01:48: So today we're going look at Elite Mastermind which is my twelve months mastermind though.
00:01:54: Mmm...I love that so much!
00:01:56: I love the name especially because like a little backstory of it.. I also had a mastermind called Elite Empire Elite in about twenty-twenty five and i loved the vibe.
00:02:13: I'm curious before you tell us a little bit more about the offer itself, how it works.
00:02:18: Who is it for?
00:02:20: Why did you choose that name?
00:02:22: why elite?
00:02:23: what's the reason behind that?
00:02:25: hmmm
00:02:26: i feel its really linked with the standards.
00:02:29: so um to me has nothing to do with being the best and sometimes we can sit in so many different ways right a link to the standard that we want you have in our business.
00:02:45: That is going to be elite, but it's also not... It's not about just being the best or having the highest standards because I feel sometimes there so much pressure and trying everything perfects as well.
00:03:03: But i chose this name because its really elevated for me And it is more towards something we are reaching and I feel like as an entrepreneur, We want to be better do better have better.
00:03:20: For me i love this idea of elite.
00:03:22: then It feels very refined.
00:03:25: So a lot the refinement The constant refinement, the constant elevation Of our work.
00:03:32: and
00:03:38: in that case, like the constant refinement.
00:03:42: I'm not... In a way of because when we think about elite it can be like in the back room there's only a few people who have access.
00:03:49: or it's like we're like um The upper class more-or-less.
00:03:53: We know something!We Have
00:03:55: Something!!
00:03:56: We do something That other People Can't Have.
00:03:59: but When We See It As You Described With Refinement It's not about perfection, but it is like elevation all the time.
00:04:09: It's also about triggering part of entrepreneurs because this something I know from experience that was made in last couple years and what i knew for myself.
00:04:20: There are some things becoming an entrepreneur where they want to be average.
00:04:28: It's not like the standard life, it's what average... Not only people but like the average live.
00:04:34: we are more or less quote-unquote given if you wouldn't go beyond a certain point But I want more and this is why i love This name so much especially for The topic!
00:04:46: This mastermind Is around.
00:04:47: Do You Want to Tell Us A Little bit More About What Its In There?
00:04:51: Like Topic wise?
00:04:54: goal, but more or less why do I join the
00:05:00: Elite Mastermind?
00:05:01: So it is a twelve-month mastermind and for female founders who already are at six or seven figures.
00:05:10: that's why we're in the refinement phase meaning They are doing live launches or they're doing sales calls or DM.
00:05:18: So there's selling a certain way, but the woman who comes in elite day want to have like fifty two ninety percent of their cells not coming from this anymore.
00:05:28: that don't want.
00:05:29: you have cells always dependent on them.
00:05:32: so that why did I join?
00:05:33: They joined because they wanted to reclaim their freedom and time freedom especially while keeping their brand business elevated.
00:05:44: so it's not about replacing themselves and like suddenly having a robot that sells for you.
00:05:49: And I think, like... That is the fear we have when we start automating things.
00:05:54: It isn't going to be good look at our brand or different because people buy when i'm live but then suddenly im not alive.
00:06:02: People are not gonna buy.
00:06:04: So three thing which focus on first of all rebuild ecosystem offers which looks at the signature offer and having everything done for one client.
00:06:18: All of the offers selling each other, so also we don't really need to live launch each offer because each offer is going to be really engineered to sell the next thing that's important.
00:06:30: So it's not like we put funnels everywhere in all those automations but thank you from The Foundation And then we look at how people are selling.
00:06:38: So our second thing is really going to be around sales and having an always open pathway so that people can join anytime from many different directions.
00:06:49: like I have three different businesses, and fifty-two hundred percent of ourselves for any of those business are in the back end.
00:06:56: not showing up I realize is actually quite an anomaly a little bit in the business world and i think it's for me depends so much on how you have built.
00:07:09: And, kind of also combining all the live launches that they do, because it's not about stopping what you do.
00:07:18: If you want to double your revenue without doubling your workload... It is building this other arm in our business and so we tag the live launch, everything that we build is already engineered to go into the backend later.
00:07:31: So that's like all the work we do about self-systems and building funnels in order of this stuff, obviously.
00:07:39: And then we do client retention.
00:07:41: so what is the client experience?
00:07:44: That also I love with Elite and the word Elite.
00:07:48: how can i have a better client experience?
00:07:51: How people will be able to have an amazing time with me without any funnel or launch.
00:07:59: they won't stay my world for many, many years?
00:08:02: I love this so much because it's so important.
00:08:05: I've seen so many women build amazing brands but they always give their arm and leg time to keep these things running having like the thing you said with other arms in your business not replacing things that are already doing which work well adding something on.
00:08:27: This is something I love so much about it, and when you think of the perfect woman for Elite because inside Elite you build all that one client For this one...I just say Perfect Person which is a perfect fit for your world You're building with clients or brand.
00:08:49: All these entire offer ecosystem lives in.
00:08:52: And what would we do?
00:08:54: about elite, your mastermind.
00:08:57: Who is a perfect fit for it and who doesn't belong into the space?
00:09:03: I love this question because It's always good reflection to do for us right anyway.
00:09:08: so The clients will come in And i think like its easier just describe them actually as When she live launching She going have people coming into her offers.
00:09:25: So she has mastered a certain way of selling, showing up and She just had so many people going through the holes in our business.
00:09:38: This person can't hold them all meaning you may post something on social media You have fifty or hundred people commenting your word and you will have maybe ten percent of them at the end ending up in your offer.
00:09:53: And then, may be one person that all those people would go into a signature program so they don't come around to get their signatures.
00:10:09: So this is really for me perfect because she has mastered her work and she's already making sales.
00:10:21: And so what she needs is to actually block the holes in her business, and she has so many because she isn't taking care of her email list... She is not leveraging all people who are around!
00:10:37: Some of my clients may have one-thousand followers, some might have a hundred thousand followers.
00:10:45: And the problem is still the same, it's that they really want at one point to optimize their business and refine it so they can stop having all of those leaks.
00:10:56: They have a lot less work to do because people just stay in these buckets all the time... ...they don't even need to focus on leads like we don't have to focus too much on traffic as many times as possible because people will stay.
00:11:12: I know this!
00:11:13: What did you say?
00:11:14: isn't a good fit for the elite master.
00:11:18: So I think someone who is still learning, sorry so i will say some one.
00:11:23: we're still learning when and how to sell it's not quite sure of what she wants to do?
00:11:32: What is her body of work?
00:11:34: What are you sharing with
00:11:35: people?".
00:11:38: And she's doubting herself!
00:11:42: She will not be a good fit because she needs to work fast on the foundation of what he's doing and how to even sell live with her presence.
00:11:53: Okay, when you think about women who are perfect fit whereas it is for women that don't belong into the elite or as the mind?
00:12:02: What would you say?
00:12:03: is the difference between the two identity-based?
00:12:07: So, identity wise in a way of this?
00:12:09: where they are going or what's their identify with.
00:12:13: Or these don't identify with it so... The biggest differentiator between them.
00:12:24: Everything works out for me!
00:12:27: I think that woman because i have seen women Like working with me at six and seven figures, so they have very different businesses.
00:12:39: And like small audience big audiences but what I see is that They really know what they want.
00:12:47: Their business is not their baby, like or at least they don't want it to be anymore Maybe.
00:12:51: They actually want you have babies and they're like yeah I can't Have my business being my baby And have babies for example.
00:12:59: all know that everyone is a mom adult by the way but it's more day.
00:13:05: i feel that they.
00:13:06: Yeah there really in this mentality of It's going to work For me and This Is what?
00:13:11: I want and if I want this I need To do this and Not just gambling, not knowing testing a million things.
00:13:22: And would you say that I love the part where everything is working out for me?
00:13:28: They know what they want.
00:13:29: and will you say there's also like certain it's a certain type of woman in terms off What she's actually here to build Like...I Want To Build Something That Is like bigger than me, or I want to build something that on the long run potentially could sell.
00:13:46: So is there's something where you're like okay this is like the ambition behind what we would say?
00:13:52: This is
00:13:52: elite?".
00:13:58: I think they definitely have different reasons for wanting freedom part and so some of them will have... The reason.
00:14:10: some of them want to host more retreats and they're like, how am I going to sell while i'm at other retweets?
00:14:22: And let go my social media or same with the books always a baby.
00:14:27: you know all this building another business.
00:14:30: Like I think that we have different reasons for wanting these extra time but then realize there are bottlenecks in their businesses.
00:14:41: Like if they want to actually scale, the only thing that can't scale is themselves and then have to stop being a person who's always selling.
00:14:51: So what do you say?
00:14:52: They want time freedom without compromising on income sales or revenue as like common sense between all of them.
00:15:00: Yeah And I think sometimes had such problem with using freedom in past because it so cliche And I live on a seven-kilometer square island next to Bali.
00:15:11: Like, it's such a small little thing and i don't even post so much beach stuff.
00:15:17: paradise because they feel like this is so cliche!
00:15:19: It isn't at all what i want to sell...I don't want to tell people or look like doing a coconut on the beach because you are making sales but its more ...what do you want to do with your time?
00:15:34: What is important?
00:15:35: like they all have a different driver, but they have a drive.
00:15:39: A drive for something more.
00:15:42: even that's what they are currently doing.
00:15:45: And one would you say if we were to replace freedom with independency?
00:15:50: Like time independently without compromising on anything in their business and
00:15:55: life?
00:15:57: I actually love the word in independency!
00:16:00: That really part of my values.
00:16:04: But what I have seen with this word is for a lot of women when i talk about independence, thank you but as a woman I don't want to be over-independent.
00:16:14: Like I also wanted to be relying and so for me my entire backstory Is that all the women in my life Have not been independent financially And So like That's The Thing For Me I can't be over-independent.
00:16:31: So, like the independence here...I feel sometimes it's such a strong word that women are like oh but i don't want to be independent?
00:16:43: Like I also want to in my feminine which may not be independent.
00:16:49: I see it!
00:16:50: I hear and still would use independency combined with time.
00:16:56: so more of my time is independent how I use my time.
00:17:04: When we combine, I think then it has a super strong vibe and i also would just have like in mind.
00:17:12: so its not slogan or thing of oh this is the entire messaging!
00:17:17: I will keep for having it in mind maybe pulling at certain point but to nail more or less the vibe of the women who are perfect fit for a late.
00:17:28: Would you say there is a fit?
00:17:31: Yeah,
00:17:32: Perfect!
00:17:33: Okay I have additional ideas already.
00:17:38: i have ideas already brought into The Campaign Room because I had a look at everything beforehand Because I love the offer so much and still We don't have everything on the table yet, so I will go more into like an investigation vibe.
00:17:54: Like being the detective.
00:17:56: okay well what is there more to it?
00:17:59: Because when you-when i hear your talk and also when I think about the entire topic... When I think That additional arm, I want to make life launches become optional.
00:18:15: I want it something that can do if you want but not like a thing of
00:18:20: have-to.".
00:18:22: I always think about this one sentence in mind of women lead their business where they are themselves the entire cell system.
00:18:33: because when we don't build them up And what would you say is like when you have a look at the last couple of years, When You Have A Look At The Marketplace.
00:18:45: That's a certain industry where we had all the women who were perfect fit for the elite.
00:18:51: mastermind?
00:18:53: What was that big realization?
00:18:57: because it's up normally your three businesses run that way, when did you realize this is not normal?
00:19:05: When do they realise it's something I actually need to bring into the marketplace.
00:19:13: So...I think there are some things where I've been teaching funnels for many years but only in these last few months have I realised my business is making fifty-two hundred percent.
00:19:27: like all of them even this one.
00:19:30: I never really looked at the percentage of this one, and... ...I was very surprised.
00:19:37: And a few months ago it was just like wow!
00:19:39: When i said that to my friend or mentor they were like no-one has this.
00:19:45: so this is your angle.
00:19:47: That's true It can't be my angle.
00:19:52: In June ninety percent of myself came all from the back end.
00:20:00: And what would you say when you think about the women who don't have that?
00:20:04: Because it's outstanding.
00:20:06: I love so much!
00:20:08: When you think about women who don't have that, what is like the biggest trap they tap into?
00:20:14: What is the thing that keeps them stuck?
00:20:16: or when they don't think about it?
00:20:18: because I think this reality for many-many women.
00:20:22: They tried out certain things and built on one funnel but then didn't blow up immediately.
00:20:27: so people were like oh no!
00:20:28: This isn't working with me or the same with eds.
00:20:31: Oh i burned a thousand dollars which wasn't working for me.
00:20:34: And what would we say to women Who is either in a position where she didn't try those things at all because it's working.
00:20:43: what?
00:20:43: She's doing.
00:20:44: It's working and Maybe, it's a little exhausting but but it still working or a woman who Tapped into it like with the little toe in a way of okay I tried But he did work out right away.
00:20:57: What would you say is like the biggest trap they are caught in.
00:21:03: what is the thing we're like?
00:21:05: Oh, when you continue doing that if you don't change the reality then this will happen.
00:21:12: And I agree like it is a trap to even just be in this situation because it's working and i have so many of my friends telling me about online world being at one point beyond each other but Gwynn can show up.
00:21:29: do live on tiktok.
00:21:33: I'm like, absolutely and you should do that.
00:21:35: Like i'm not telling you to actually no do this.
00:21:39: the only thing is And That's Really The Thing What Will Happen When You Cannot Just Do This Life?
00:21:51: So the Only Way That You Make Sales Is By Being Healthy by being Available and You Are Not Taking In Consideration Life Like Life Is Not Perfection.
00:22:06: We all of course have different lives, but you need your life to have these parameters so that you can make sales.
00:22:15: Instead being a business is like when... I don't know.. When we think about the shop they sell stuff every time in the shop You don't have someone there or owner who wants this dress.
00:22:32: wait once again, I go at the back make your dress.
00:22:35: i'm also selling the dress now like you cannot
00:22:40: do
00:22:40: all of the things.
00:22:41: be creative have and be everything if you actually want this to be a long
00:22:49: time
00:22:50: thing and actually have a business.
00:22:52: and that's why there was a big difference between operating as a CEO in your business And do you want to operate as an online coach?
00:23:02: I actually don't think so.
00:23:18: when I was talking about it, like being a long-time thing.
00:23:22: Do you want to operate as an online coach?
00:23:25: I don't want to be an online Coach!
00:23:26: I want to become an entrepreneur or CEO of someone who builds a real-est
00:23:29: company.".
00:23:30: Everything is lighting up because this exactly what's all about.
00:23:35: and one more thing... It will sprinkle in some ideas that already have because they fit so well on my mind.
00:23:48: Yes, please.
00:23:50: So one thing I already said once sentence that was all the time i had That why it wasn't preparation is that life launch has become optional?
00:23:59: But It Is something you can do but You don't have to Do and This is exactly how grown-up businesses operate.
00:24:08: And playing with a grown up business part like There we could create an entire storyline around.
00:24:14: It's just like these free words, but a grown-up business is first to do the first steps.
00:24:20: it's you test out You see what your life?
00:24:24: Do things that light up or work at certain degree and fit your energy level.
00:24:32: But there comes time in your business where...it has to grow.
00:24:38: There comes this point where you can still do all these things, but if you're completely honest to yourself the things You doing right now that tick-tock lies.
00:24:47: The Instagram lives life launches they showing up there constant instagram stories putting out stories like every single day writing five to ten emails per week Is is exactly thing?
00:24:59: You still want to do in like five years ten years fifteen years with a grown-up business.
00:25:06: You still can do those things but you don't have to.
00:25:10: so this is one direction, the entire thing could go and I think it's really beautiful.
00:25:21: The part with the long-time thing.
00:25:23: I also this is something that Is so perfect for the women you want to attract?
00:25:29: With the elite mastermind because when you just want to do like some business and You want to use something we're like, oh i'm making Some money And I want to post on instagram every single day Just Because it's It's So fun then you're not a fit for the elite mastermind.
00:25:47: But if you have something, we are like.
00:25:50: I want to build something that lasts...I want to built a legacy!
00:25:54: i want to have something that creates generational wealth..i don't want be my business-be my baby because ive want actual babies which i wanna spend time with....i want to write a book.....not being the business but There that needs me or that I need to feel fulfilled.
00:26:19: I want to do things beside the business That make we feel alive and make the business The thing that makes this entire thing possible.
00:26:27: because then my business is not dependent on my mood On my energy,on My health ,on my time .On my focus.
00:26:37: But I can just thrive, and this entire thing that i built in first place based on my energy still grows.
00:26:47: In an even more beautiful way!
00:26:49: And there is so much in it.
00:26:53: when was at your Instagram before we dived into the campaign room today I saw you speak a lot about funnels, a lot of about Evergreen.
00:27:03: And why this is true?
00:27:05: Actually don't think that your teaching like doing something evergreen selling the signature for Evergreen building funnels during these things...I think you're entering in new era with them because they come from the error and their business where it's all about themselves.
00:27:23: when i show up thinks work When I do the life, then money comes in and it's a beautiful era because In this area you realize how powerful.
00:27:34: You are.
00:27:34: you realize what?
00:27:35: You can actually build you.
00:27:38: you realize What you bring to the table.
00:27:40: you move people may be moved the messes but The next error is the error where they enter a new generation of business owners, or an era that is built through a new generations of business owner.
00:27:57: And this the idea I would love to bring forward and really curious what you think about it?
00:28:03: That we had a generation who made millions based on their own energy but now its time for next generation of business owners.
00:28:20: And not like we would have it, I'm born in a certain generation and I belong to that generation.
00:28:30: In that term or on that case We can switch generations So we can go into the next Or become part of the next generation Of business owners Who know That Building out this additional arm in their business is nothing that is optional.
00:28:55: It's the thing, but it's necessary to be on game at long run and still love your business for five or ten years at the same time going into the next era, in to the next big thing for themselves.
00:29:22: For their business or their partners?
00:29:27: What do you
00:29:28: think?".
00:29:30: I love that!
00:29:31: The idea is that they are in an era and it's wonderful...and has been wonderful before being a mother then become something else like this.
00:29:49: You also have to let go of some part of that if you want to become this and I liked the idea of error, i would feel like it's something that people don't really like online is when they talk about are in a soft girl era or in the hustle girl era?
00:30:10: Like for me...I do not resonate at all because we can be both!
00:30:15: We can hustle on Tuesday because we wanted and feel the energy, you know love it.
00:30:21: And then on Friday or on Thursday which is like oh no today I'm someone else!
00:30:28: So i loved the idea of being more not looking at our personal error but as a business.
00:30:35: your business was in this era functioning this way.
00:30:38: If in five to fifteen years you don't want to be posting on social media every day, your matcha with three clients that signed up last night and your five screenshots.
00:30:49: You have make some changes!
00:30:51: Yeah I love this so much because then... ...you actually can lead a way of okay we are now together entering the next era or online space of this industry, that is built through the next generation of business owners.
00:31:10: And then it's not about like a thing.
00:31:12: maybe you could also use another word than error because what I always have in mind?
00:31:17: It's like to think oh my new era begins when you see people are deleting Instagram posts or you have six post things something happening blah blah and we've seen that so often already and even though I'm pretty sure that's always genuine when people do.
00:31:35: That, iI Always think about the best or iAlways have like The Best in Or that?
00:31:40: I always Think that People Have The Best of Mind When They Do Things.
00:31:43: Maybe I am a little naive but But this is how my brain Works and so i think it It's Genuine when they're Like These things where are like.
00:31:51: oh i'm Entering My next Error.
00:31:53: something Is Coming And Everything Is Changing at At The same Time.
00:31:57: We've Seen So Often Already And what I see for the Elite Mastermind, it's an entire different quality when we say error.
00:32:06: So they also could be another name but let's just stick with Error because there is like not a personal new era.
00:32:15: It's like i'm shaping The New Era.
00:32:18: how people make business?
00:32:21: I am inside Elite Because im one of the ones who is leading this entire conversation about, it doesn't make sense to continue the way we have all built our businesses in first place.
00:32:36: It was beautiful as long as it was the right thing to do—as long as they fit and sticked.
00:32:43: but now... We need to become a generation of business owners that leads these new generations also in an industry, and I think you can go there so much with history.
00:32:59: And a lot that we are now at this point because it fits perfectly to the idea i had first place like where you go through.
00:33:16: Now you hear people say, what are ten K months?
00:33:19: Let's do one million per month.
00:33:22: And this is such a evolution that took place in an entire industry and now it is time to enter even the next evolutionary step.
00:33:31: but maybe it's not error or maybe its evolution I just think... Maybe you know these t-shirts where this entire evolution of the human beings.
00:33:47: I don't know how it is called in English, but like back-to-back times with dinosaurs and stuff to hunt or collect.
00:33:56: Yeah right!
00:33:57: And then now its sitting on front of a computer.
00:34:00: you have all these evolutions...and i think that's something..it was a conversation where we could bring forward inside the marketplace Where it's not about building funnels anymore, but It's like About the next obvious thing to do in the vehicle is filling funnels.
00:34:20: The vehicles are back systems that be a close the bag and its like.
00:34:25: we offer ecosystem But the conversation?
00:34:27: Its about okay.
00:34:29: It's time for the next evolutionary step.
00:34:33: I Like evolution
00:34:34: i love it as well.
00:34:36: And Do you want know what was the idea i came up with before We even talked about this entire evolution of things?
00:34:43: Yes, please.
00:34:45: Because I was thinking about that we would... How do i say it?
00:34:53: because when you think of these certain different errors and how to do business now then are also thinking like dinosaurs or things happening in the past normal until they weren't normal anymore because there was this new thing replacing it.
00:35:14: When we just think about phones, There were no phone that you could carry around.
00:35:19: and then like these big huge things And the tinier phones where your had mobile phones but then there are smart phones.
00:35:29: It's all those evolution of things which is normal at a certain time until they aren't anymore because there's this new thing that is an upgrade to it.
00:35:39: And so I was thinking about extinction, i was thinking of the exhibition... where you have all the artifacts, how people used to launch.
00:35:52: How people use to sell like a launch calendar or like this screenshot of how someone answered ADM at eleven forty five PM because she thought he would need it in order to make the sale.
00:36:06: All that countdown timers The midnight laptop while I'm like okay?
00:36:17: And when I think about that, and a visual thinker then i see like this high end visuals because your brand is high-end.
00:36:24: What I saw on Instagram what you have like branched advice.
00:36:27: it's like it's sophisticated...I love it so much!
00:36:30: There You can do It in such A High End Way where you Have Like a Museum at Night Vibes.
00:36:37: Maybe Where Is This Exhibition with All the Extinction or The Things That Are Extincted?
00:36:46: Where it's
00:36:48: like... Yeah,
00:36:50: but you know what I mean?
00:36:52: Then you see all these things.
00:36:54: Like in this museum and people realize oh!
00:36:59: It was cool when we did that But it doesn't make sense anymore.
00:37:05: Now is not a thing we still do because We are at this point on the evolution as something like when people still talk about, do you remember the times?
00:37:18: When we had like two hundred signs to send a message on the phone where you then deleted like the blank space and put it all in.
00:37:28: It's like...it connects people- it connects generations!
00:37:32: And this is same as I'm so sure of that.
00:37:35: but five years from now We could sit here inside the campaign room.
00:37:41: Do you know when we all used to live-launch over and over again without having the back systems?
00:37:47: And then it's like, oh yeah I love this time.
00:37:50: And...I'm so happy that this is not a reality anymore!
00:37:55: There i can imagine an entire storyline around.
00:38:00: Like a brand show or social show an entire campaign with visuals, but especially like the storyline that goes through everything.
00:38:08: That is okay.
00:38:09: we did this and it was beautiful.
00:38:11: And now we're going into the next evolutionary step.
00:38:18: I see so much for it!
00:38:19: And...I think there's such a beautiful story line For The Elite Mastermind.
00:38:28: Do you know that i'm an archaeologist?
00:38:30: No
00:38:34: I did a PhD in archaeology and, in France, worked as an archaeologist.
00:38:40: Now i have some.
00:38:42: How good is that?
00:38:44: Yeah!
00:38:46: Wow now i see it with more for you on brand.
00:38:53: wow wow wow i love so much.
00:38:56: yeah evolution could
00:39:00: play even further because when i think about funnels Usually, I don't like quiz funnels because the quality of leads is not great.
00:39:12: But there could be a quiz funnel or something similar.
00:39:18: that's so high-end and where it's like a species report we talk about certain different species are extincted or a species that are still alive, but like outdated.
00:39:35: it could be the launcher holic.
00:39:38: Or the M collector... The one who lives inside their VMs?
00:39:43: Or the fire fighter!
00:39:46: Like the revenue firefighter Every time I have feeling that revenue drops i pull out new offer and do something so its running again And think this is something It can be test.
00:40:00: Or it could be something that is funny, but still in a premium high-end way where people are like ooh I want to see this expression.
00:40:09: Where as you all these species launch a holic the DM collector or revenue firefighter and i think he can play so much with it And suddenly The Elite Mastermind Is Still The Elite mastermind.
00:40:23: It's still the same topic.
00:40:24: It has such a great quality to it in terms of, I'm part of the elite because I am shaping the next evolutionary step.
00:40:42: And they feel like...I absolutely love it!
00:40:45: Because something that I struggled with and was difficult for me is really thinking about who do they become as an identity?
00:40:56: To sell them more into their identities than the process because, and that's one of my pinposts.
00:41:03: That says I don't care about funnels because i do not care but making fun else you know yeah?
00:41:10: And...and my clients too!
00:41:13: But I feel like now we have so much more clarity on.
00:41:18: it is not a funnel It is evolving.
00:41:21: Do want to be part this conversation or The first person that had an iPhone, you know the same.
00:41:28: Do want to be this person?
00:41:30: That is actually not anymore to these old extinct version of business but it's already going into building a real company in evolution.
00:41:44: Yes exactly and I think there isn't much to add because its perfect all the identity-based parts, there is a storyline.
00:41:58: There's like not only becoming part of conversation but leading that conversation.
00:42:02: and what I see for you or your brand with that offer now that story line... ...is that YOU are actually leading THAT conversation!
00:42:11: It can become so big inside the industry AND BEYOND because you're addressing something bad Like right on time.
00:42:22: It's the exact right timing for so many people and it's not this soft girl era.
00:42:28: evolution or net is a soft girl error conversation, its not like oh you want to have sales certifications while at the pool.
00:42:38: but i'ts deeper.
00:42:40: Its more sustainable ,its more elite ,its premium ,its sophisticated.
00:42:47: I love that for use.
00:42:50: someone was listening right now, and I'm sure that's a lot of people who are in that state.
00:42:55: Right?
00:42:55: Now we're like okay!
00:42:57: i love this conversation...i love the campaign..I love the storyline....and i love everything that Gwen was telling about The Elite Mastermind.
00:43:08: so where do people find you your brand and details around the elite mastermind?
00:43:14: let us know.
00:43:16: Yeah, thank you.
00:43:17: Well everyone can find me on Instagram.
00:43:19: I will say would be the easiest place and my DMs are always open so people can always come in of course have offers that are going to lead you in funnels but...
00:43:31: What else?
00:43:33: Of course!
00:43:35: But it feel like what i love is having conversations.
00:43:40: So many women actually have built their business on DMs, and I've so many people DMing them that the quality of conversation is not really what they want.
00:43:52: But to me...I love having a good conversation in the DM because i actually love serving woman And making sure there are at right stage doing the right thing for them and building a business that is going to be good for them.
00:44:08: So I will say, like you can always go on Instagram You'll see all the different offers but also just reach out and have a chat
00:44:16: And we definitely put the Instagram link into the show notes so everyone listening check out Gwen's beautiful offer in all of her funnels she created around.
00:44:27: Thank you so much for bringing the Elite Mastermind to The Campaign Room.
00:44:30: I had the most fun and I really love this campaign, And i can't wait To see it come to
00:44:41: life!
