🎙️ This Episode
In this episode of The Campaign Room, Ramona sits down with Alicia Morton to explore a desire many ambitious women have—but very few are willing to admit out loud: they want to be famous.
Alicia brings her upcoming book The Revolution of the Rising Star into the Campaign Room: a book about rejecting the life you were taught to want, claiming your own version of success and deciding to become the star before the world gives you permission.
Together, they unpack why fame has become a dirty word, why women so often replace “I want to be known” with more socially acceptable desires like impact and service, and what becomes possible when you stop waiting for external proof that you’re allowed to play a bigger game.
Inside the Campaign Room, they build a three-act campaign around one central idea: Alicia’s unapologetic desire for fame becomes the scandal that starts the revolution. From fake headlines and leaked manuscripts to the Fame Reframe Hotline, “Fame Is Not a Dirty Word” and a Revolution Registry that turns readers into numbered Rising Stars—the book becomes much bigger than a book launch. It becomes a revolution people can actually join.
Because maybe wanting millions of people to know your name, your work and your ideas isn’t something to be embarrassed about.
Maybe pretending you don’t want it is.

00:01:01: This is not a traditional podcast interview, every episode an amazing woman walks into this room with an offer and we create a mouthwatering good campaign around it!
00:01:10: So Alessia I'm so excited that you are my guest today.
00:01:14: what did you bring in to The Campaign Room?
00:01:17: Well, I wanted to bring something different deliberately because this is very new for me in terms of an asset that i'm bringing into my business and at the moment.
00:01:26: I'm still in the creation process so This feels like an exciting time to bring it to you.
00:01:30: So I have brought forward with my book And It's called The Revolution Of The Rising Star.
00:01:37: I love it so much.
00:01:38: I already read some things from it, So i already know something since It's so good and the topic is just on point And The world needs it!
00:01:48: Let me ask you why did You write this book?
00:01:51: What was the intention behind?
00:01:53: maybe also how Did you make that decision of...I'm now writing a book I Know strategic wise its A baddest thing to do and at the same time if we don't have the calling Writing a Book Is a Hard F things.
00:02:05: So why did you write it in the first place?
00:02:08: Yeah, great question Ramona.
00:02:10: I mean i love writing anyway and one of them people that loves to write my content My emails like...I've just been a writer since I was a child!
00:02:17: And I knew at some time I would birth a book through me.
00:02:20: but Like You said It had to be A natural process not something.
00:02:24: I forced Really this kind of tracks back after Freedom Queen Live, in fact.
00:02:31: And
00:02:31: the journey that I went on in my own brand and those eighteen months from then until now of really stepping into becoming a star and saying you know what?
00:02:40: I am The Star Now not when i hit this amount followers Not When I Make This Amount Of Money Not When Get Invited To Be On The Cover Of A Magazine But I Just Want to Claim That Identity.
00:02:49: Now Really What Actually Inspired Me To Write The Book At This Time Is In May Of This Year.
00:02:57: I created a month in my business, and i called it Elysia May-May.
00:03:00: Right?
00:03:00: I'm obsessed with myself!
00:03:02: It's Elysian May-may... Let's
00:03:03: go!!
00:03:04: And the reason why did for that month of obsession was because during that month.. ..I was going to be on a billboard in Times Square in New York.... ...and I created this really edgy campaign..... With me & This Beautiful Cloak & Glasses...... ....and this statement about being The Star....... Not when the world decides but YOU decide you're THE
00:03:20: STAR!!!
00:03:21: And so many things happened, magic & miracles,... During That Month When I Was In New York City........ the people that I met.
00:03:27: and then at the end of the month, i hosted an event in a cinema in London called Like A Star.
00:03:32: So there was this real theme for the month of May especially in twenty-twenty six as stardom.
00:03:37: And it was on the plane back from New York night flight...I was trying to sleep..and my brain was just racing because I was so turned on by everything that had just happened in this month when I was like....i need to get my phone!
00:03:48: ..And I literally started typing thirty five thousand feet in the air.
00:03:53: the book began to pour out with me, The Chapters what I wanted to write and it just felt at that moment.
00:03:58: There's so much i've learned in these last eighteen months especially.
00:04:02: but then reflecting back further on What I Know Now That I Wish I Knew Then And I want To Share That Message With The World Because I know that is going to shift... ...the world for not Just Women But Everyone You Know?
00:04:13: Every One That Has Something In Their Heart They Want To Create Grow Expand Become Famous.
00:04:18: For
00:04:19: What a creation story like coming out of this month Times Square Boulevard starting to ride in the.
00:04:25: I love it so much and you already said that It will change So many things not only for women but fall like humanity.
00:04:33: You know, what would you say?
00:04:35: Why is now at the time this book has to exist?
00:04:41: Great question.
00:04:42: So I would say the reason it's now is because frankly, i'm fed up of meeting brilliant women Brilliant people that only so many People know about.
00:04:53: you know like they've only really scratched The surface of like one percent maybe five percent Of their potential and actually there's so much more opportunity That They can create if they go all in And they realize right when You Know Now?
00:05:06: I get to Create this expansion not when someone gives me the evidence or gives me proof.
00:05:12: And as I said, i've just seen this more and what it did for my own brand.
00:05:15: like I've scaled my company from three hundred K to two million in that time...and its collapsed.
00:05:22: the time on income!
00:05:23: It's collapsed The Time On
00:05:24: Impact!!
00:05:24: Like..I've been speaking on stages worldwide....like I had sixteen stages last year across the
00:05:29: world!!!
00:05:31: really expanded for myself.
00:05:32: And I'm like, okay if not now then when?
00:05:34: Like we need to get this message out there and i think the timing Ramona is especially good because I feel like um...I don't know whether you'll resonate with this but I feel that people are waking up!
00:05:44: I feel more people are realising.
00:05:50: bro marketing taught me or the way that this template taught me, all the way.
00:05:53: This blueprint taught me and that's a big part of my work as the star at The Revolutionary Star is this idea That you will make millions faster if you build a business your way not someone else's way, yeah?
00:06:04: Not Alyssia's Way.
00:06:04: Not Ramona's Way because you're working to your own unique success codes and so am I like.
00:06:10: i've got my own unique code starcodes I call them.
00:06:13: So for me now is the divine time to do this Because there's this mass awakening And I think that some parts of this book are going to just shift The identity shift the mindset and crack people open To realize wow!
00:06:25: Im playing This game when really I can be playing THIS game.
00:06:30: I'm playing the game and it feels big because people are doing good.
00:06:34: And then, oh there is actually that playing field i also could be playing on!
00:06:40: This is something when you...I also want to use a word awaken to that.
00:06:45: Then its like okay now suddenly everything's possible.
00:06:49: You called your book The Revolution of the Rising Star, a title I personally love.
00:06:56: And when we think about the revolution what is a revolution?
00:07:00: It's always something against something!
00:07:02: We're building something new which is against the old so... When you think about The Revolution Of The Rising Star What exactly are you?
00:07:12: I love this word revolution because i've always said that.
00:07:15: I'm a revolutionary in the way That, I work
00:07:18: and The
00:07:19: reason that i've called it the revolution of the rising star is Because It's going against.
00:07:24: This Is what chapter one is Called Ramona.
00:07:26: it's A scam And In Chapter One i unpack and Basically Speak About the life that You've Been Living Until Now.
00:07:32: Why Didn't you question it?
00:07:34: what is sold to us in this narrative Of grow up go to school, get education.
00:07:40: Go higher education!
00:07:42: Work for a bank work for a law firm and then like we have this kind of certain path Get married by the house with white picket fence Have family path that is almost, you know painted to you from a very young age and it's like okay this is the only way or This Is The Way That's Acceptable?
00:08:00: You Know Like Even Being Thirty Five And Still Not Having Children I Get That Question All The Time Are You Gonna Have Children?
00:08:06: Do You Want Them?
00:08:08: When Did We Normalize That There'S Just One Way Of Life Looking Good For People?
00:08:12: So It'S That Revolution Against The Life That We've Been Taught To Live Or That We'VE BEEN TAUGHT.
00:08:17: IS you know, enough or is the expectation?
00:08:20: and really rebelling against that.
00:08:22: And seeing wow look how much more opportunity there is.
00:08:25: because for me Ramona I've had to company nearly six years now but it was only in twenty-twenty two when i went full time.
00:08:32: i'm still in corporate If they grow up with this mindset and mentality that I got at twenty nine, I can only imagine what's going to be possible for them unless.
00:08:48: They decide they have to tick the box and make mum or dad proud and do what the government say.
00:08:51: we need to do an XXX.
00:08:53: so it from me That's What The Revolution is against.
00:08:56: It's Against Its Questioning And Pausing And Asking Yourself.
00:08:59: Is That Really?
00:09:00: What i want To Do Like Is That really What I Want To Do?
00:09:04: So Thats For Me Where The Revolution Part Comes In
00:09:08: And I'm just using a word.
00:09:09: So most people are living inside the scam and i did that for so long before I left it!
00:09:16: When we think about the book, what do you want someone after they read it to differently?
00:09:23: when they've just closed it...and then like okay..I have this realization ..I had this breakthrough.
00:09:27: oh she's so right.
00:09:28: ...it does make sense but What will you want them to DO then
00:09:32: afterwards??
00:09:34: So....i want THIS BOOK really to be an initiation.
00:09:39: Like I want it to feel like as they're going through chapter by chapter, i almost get this visual when i'm writing it Ramona It's like an onion and they're peeling back these layers.
00:09:47: And you know like horses have blinkers on right?
00:09:51: So many people are living their life like this but When you crack your open suddenly You can see so much more and that's what I want This To Feel Like!
00:09:59: When People Access This Book In Chapter By Chapter We Unpack The Scam your own mindset and identity, you're conditioning what your dreams are.
00:10:08: why?
00:10:08: You can't have them.
00:10:09: What stopped you till
00:10:10: now?".
00:10:11: And it's taking you through all these different kind of questions and chapters and really beautifully done because I say is not a self-development book.
00:10:18: It's really a novel but i'm writing for the story of your dream.
00:10:22: at the end you've got to write The Ending.
00:10:24: so that's how I want it To Be.
00:10:26: someone comes from this Book.
00:10:27: they're So Moved and its going to elevate and expand That their gonna walk away From Reading of the Rising Star.
00:10:34: I'm going, you know what?
00:10:35: I'm joining The Revolution and subscribing to the cult right!
00:10:38: I've got joining
00:10:39: THE REVOLUTION and i am going too now.
00:10:42: not just live a basic life...not just live an expected tick box life..I'm gonna dream bigger....and whether it's someone that reads it Ramona because as i said Unlike some of my offers, I actually want anyone to read this.
00:10:54: i could give this to my fifteen-year old niece who is just graduating you know high school and going to college And she could read this and go mom and dad?
00:11:00: I'm not going to university!
00:11:02: I'm gonna start a business You know...I could give it to someone that's in their sixties That has been working at dead arse job for forty years and doesn't wanna do anymore.
00:11:09: They're gonna realise its'not too late..and thats the beauty of it.
00:11:13: It doesnt necessarily mean everyone will quit there jobs but what it means Is....i want these people feel revolution of the soul, revolution of this spirit and go you know what it's time for me to take back the reins in the control on my life.
00:11:27: And be the star
00:11:29: now.".
00:11:32: And we're talking about being a revolution a lot and I love this!
00:11:37: If we would look back at that five years from now... What makes us say holy shit?
00:11:44: This actually became a revolution.
00:11:46: The indicators were like okay if this happens then
00:11:52: I think... Well, there's some things that I've got a vision of like, I mean five years from now.
00:11:56: I would love to see Like A Million Copies sold like To know That i've moved a million people like that Would be incredible?
00:12:02: I think that would Be a milestone to say one million People have joined the revolution but then beyond book sales and seeing how Many people can access The materials.
00:12:11: I Think Seeing people like maybe having like a hashtag around it or something you Know like the hashtag the Revolution Of the star Or the rising stars.
00:12:18: so I get to See through peoples content like I just started this business launched this offer or I'd love to kind of see almost this movement of people that it's rippling through and as a result of the book, i would love to be able too.
00:12:32: And this is a big vision i'm going to share with you Ramona but within five years i'd love in Amazon, on our shelf at a store to actually me being able to tour with the book and you know go on stages across the country in the UK maybe even internationally.
00:12:47: To deliver performance where it's like combination of theatre but also business style kind of seminar Where we show this revolution through story being invited to speak at schools, universities or colleges because I would love to get people earlier.
00:13:05: Like i would love too like obviously anyone can get this book and it's going to change their life.
00:13:10: but something i've been working on locally as i've be working with some schools in my area and ive done something with parents and teachers two months ago To support them And It made me think okay maybe there is something that could do here to impact a generation before its too late.
00:13:25: So
00:13:28: so good.
00:13:28: I always love when there's like this bigger, bigger vision behind because what a lot of especially when it comes to book launches.
00:13:35: When it comes two book launch campaigns then It's that I love to work and layers or in levels.
00:13:40: So i have different levels for you with me as well.
00:13:44: And at the same time What is so amazing?
00:13:47: With books You can play that over years to the overall story.
00:13:59: And therefore, it becomes something that lives so much longer.
00:14:02: because what we know from this industry for example is like... We create a mastermind!
00:14:08: Maybe its' something where you run even over three or four years.
00:14:12: but at the same time It's always like recreating new things and re-creating with a book.. It can live forever more or less Because people will have on their shelves.
00:14:26: It will be something that changes their lives in a way.
00:14:30: when other people ask them, what is the best book you've ever read?
00:14:33: What has changed your
00:14:35: life?".
00:14:35: Oh!
00:14:36: The Revolution of the Rising Star.
00:14:37: and this exactly I think about.
00:14:42: before we come into my ideas because it's coming together so well...
00:14:49: I have
00:14:51: two more questions.
00:14:52: Yeah, so three
00:14:53: more questions before we dive into that.
00:14:55: So what does being the star actually mean?
00:15:01: Where do I begin?
00:15:03: where do i begin?
00:15:04: well if I was to say it in a sentence The Star means That It's an identity and its choosing To like.
00:15:12: step Into that now Realizing and recognizing your bigness, saying you know what I'm already famous.
00:15:20: And how would i be showing up?
00:15:21: Like How Would I Be Showing Up to my brand To My Calls To You Know Conversations That Im Having in the DM's?
00:15:27: like How Would i show up If I Had One Point Five Million Followers on Instagram?
00:15:33: there's a hundred thousand people at my stadium and you know like put yourself in that elevated status.
00:15:38: And then I went one layer deeper Ramona, and i think this will be good to share with you because I talk about this in the book as well...and created something called The Star Codes!
00:15:46: It is basically an abbreviation on S-T-A-R.
00:15:49: so the s is Sovereignty & it being that woman who says I am As I Am I make my own decisions, i'm not influenced.
00:15:58: This is where you do have blinkers on but blinkers for your vision Not all shiny thing.
00:16:02: She's launched a mastermind!
00:16:03: I should launch one.
00:16:04: Oh this isn't working.
00:16:06: It's sovereignty and knowing that what you have within yourself Your autonomy or decision process everything You own it.
00:16:15: So the S of star code The T is thought leadership.
00:16:19: When I observe and looked because, i like to geek out a bit Ramona this is something that a lot of people don't know about me but i'm very strategic.
00:16:26: And as i've been writing this book when i was looking at this t-code... ...I've been leaning back and going hmm the people are killing it in the coaching industry for example.. ..i know where they stand!
00:16:36: I know their fort leadership , i know their unique movement, Their mission, their perspective.
00:16:40: They're not one of many people who do that thing .They're known for that thing.
00:16:45: So Fort Leadership Is Crucial.
00:16:47: When You Are A Star Then we've got authority and I put that in a different place because the thought leadership is more about where you stand.
00:16:53: The authority as being someone who can command presence, You walk into that room.
00:16:58: everyone knows you are on Zoom whether there's twenty people or two thousand in this room.
00:17:04: You're commanding attention to hold your status almost like senior position which many of us see celebrities right?
00:17:17: And then the final code, which links to this beautifully is reputation.
00:17:21: R is for reputation.
00:17:22: so what's the reputation that you're building?
00:17:25: How do other people know you in the industry?
00:17:27: Do you get recommended and referred or are you spoken about in rooms that your not already in?
00:17:31: because if we look at Taylor Swift for example on the reputation she has built as a brand... Not an artist but a brand!
00:17:38: Because Taylor Swift does have her own brand
00:17:39: right?!
00:17:40: People might not be looking it like that But thats how I see it.
00:17:42: Her eras taught was genius.
00:17:45: The way that she builds the virality, I suppose is the word.
00:17:51: That's definitely not a word.
00:17:52: but how viral was content going during this tour and people sharing?
00:17:56: even her dancers had their own profiles online like Cam and he were sharing bits.
00:18:01: it's just reputation being so much bigger than offer to offer launch to launch, cash-to-cash.
00:18:09: What's the bigger vision for your company and the status that you hold?
00:18:13: And anyone we know?
00:18:14: even if we look outside of this kind of business like Coca Cola or Apple they've got reputation as leaders in their field.
00:18:22: so reputation is really important.
00:18:25: those four pieces Sovereignty, Thought Leadership, Authority and Reputation are my four star codes.
00:18:31: That is what I would summarise within Star Identity.
00:18:38: You know who you are talking to so it's like yes.
00:18:40: Yes,
00:18:42: yeah Yeah And that's the thing like for me and hopefully you can tell Ramona Like.
00:18:45: this is why I've really felt into this at this time unlike i know This so deeply because it's just who I am, is what i walk talk live breathe and that's really important to me because I didn't want this to be like there was a couple of years ago.
00:18:58: I nearly wrote a book but it definitely would have been to tick something off the list and say oh I've got a book let me write about this method or let me do this let me Do That!
00:19:06: But I always knew though wanted to create something more creative And I don't know if you feel that from The Book already?
00:19:11: To Me It feels Like A Combination Of You Know Philosophy narration, like storytelling.
00:19:18: Like bringing people on a journey and making them feel something?
00:19:21: And that's what I'm really excited for this.
00:19:26: Are you ready for my final question before we dive into the campaign?
00:19:30: Yeah
00:19:31: Do YOU want to be
00:19:32: famous?!
00:19:35: Obviously!
00:19:38: Why not?
00:19:38: yeah why not?
00:19:39: it is so funny because for so long i actually didn't...like..I remember back in twenty-twenty one.
00:19:43: I just love you, Alyssia because your like the girl next door.
00:19:48: You're so normal and at that time i thought what a compliment!
00:19:52: Like...I want to be on level with my people?
00:19:54: I wanna be
00:19:54: relatable?!
00:19:55: And then suddenly it was like a year later..i thought actually
00:19:59: BITCH THAT'S A TH-
00:20:01: Like.
00:20:02: I'm not the girl next door.
00:20:03: I'm far from it.
00:20:04: I am a star like, I have so many gifts within me and there's no one like Alicia May.
00:20:12: So yeah when i realized that And I think There was version of Me trying to dilute That down and play smaller because even as A child Ramona you're too loud You are too confident It's interesting how.
00:20:25: then when I started my business, i wanted to like blend in a little bit that first year or two.
00:20:30: I kind of was very beige and very light literally on the content Very beige, trying make myself asphatic and presentable And then at this moment it turned up larger than life.
00:20:42: energy The one that triggers people sometimes Me calling an author Alyssia May-May is a bit love yourself isn't she?
00:20:48: But its fine!
00:20:49: So im gonna really embrace this energy from start Since ive shifted into that like owning it.
00:20:55: So yes, I do want to be famous and am i getting more famous?
00:20:59: I think so.
00:20:59: my following has gone up quite a bit Like I've been on more stages but obviously we got a while ago.
00:21:04: And the beauty of it is that in this next ten years We're gonna look back at this interview and be like wow Do you remember when Alice CMA was doing some crazy shit
00:21:22: with how much conviction?
00:21:24: you say, yes of course I want to be focused and also having that backstory off.
00:21:29: Ah!
00:21:29: That was not always the case.
00:21:31: there was this part of me where i was like hmmm... And I think this is what many-many women experience.
00:21:36: it's exactly that.
00:21:37: It's like oh..I have this urge ..I want to become known ...I want To Be Famous ....I Want To Have People Listening To Me That I Feel Important The Moment I Say Something people are listening .And What Many Women Do Then Is What Do They Say Instead?
00:21:51: I want... impact.
00:21:53: I want to serve, i want to help people which is like yeah!
00:21:57: I
00:21:57: want visibility and it's okay you wanna be seen but don't you want to see heard loved raved about have a fan-based culture?
00:22:06: Have people that are interesting?
00:22:09: because something I speak in the book as well Ramona there is a lot of people attached with the word fame to ego.
00:22:14: It's this thing your conditioning famous people money connection symmetric or something that's like famous to tick a box.
00:22:25: Whereas I say, I don't just want to go famous online.
00:22:29: I wanna go famous on people's hearts and minds, like... And that for me is what this all about.
00:22:34: you know?
00:22:34: And I know Bridgette speaks in her work a bit of how people can go famous have their one five minutes of fame versus they're timeless or even a brand Or someone like Florence Nightingale.
00:22:47: In history she has spoken now still hundreds years later because the legacy left.
00:22:55: She was famous because she led by impact and mission.
00:22:58: But you know, she's really well known.
00:23:00: She wasn't just another nurse in a hospital...she is someone that we know back from the stories of the wartime Because what she did In history.
00:23:08: So That how I look at this too Is if more women actually understood that fame doesn't have to be about ego.
00:23:14: It gets to be deep core desire.
00:23:16: And how much more You know lives can change.
00:23:20: The ripple effect your work getes to be Cause.
00:23:22: there are people who know you Guess What?
00:23:24: There are lives you can change.
00:23:25: And is that not what we want to do?
00:23:27: Yeah,
00:23:28: your book so important.
00:23:29: So it's more important to create a great campaign around so that these millions of people actually read it.
00:23:38: Do you know whats on my mind?
00:23:40: What are the ideas I have for...
00:23:42: I am ready.
00:23:44: yeah i was born ready.
00:23:45: tell me im excited.
00:23:47: This is why I ask you the question of do you want to become famous or be famous?
00:23:52: Because it's exactly that.
00:23:54: It's like, You stand there and your'e like yes!
00:23:57: Of course.
00:23:58: And then they are like The others There many women They're many people If i'm completely honest with myself...I won't as well.
00:24:07: But..There such a big but In terms What do other people think?
00:24:13: Is this an ego game, am I a bad person?
00:24:17: then what happens in bed and good when you become famous.
00:24:22: So how would i see that campaign?
00:24:28: is we make your desire for fame therefor the desire of others but like as the central character who goes first?
00:24:41: that starts the revolution.
00:24:44: So we would have three acts in total, and this campaign before the book is released.
00:24:50: so I was thinking about what we could do Before The Book gets released because if with a book an already talked About That We can play that over years!
00:24:58: So it Would create another act for the campaign after release.
00:25:02: but before Release i will do free things Free Acts that follow each other which would be on the one hand, like a first act.
00:25:10: Would be the scandal of The Rising Star where there will be fake headlines you can think in reals thing and short films Think media things and photo thinking Like everything You could see And possibly here to also do this In like A radio show.
00:25:29: There Can Be So Many Things and they would be headlines like Breaking News.
00:25:33: Woman admits she wants To Be Famous or exclusive, thirty-five year old woman still thinks her biggest years are ahead of her.
00:25:41: Raking.
00:25:42: women think their God giving gift deserves global attention.
00:25:45: sources confirm she actually thinks you could change the world and my favorite of them all pre wants at all.
00:25:53: how embarrassing
00:25:57: yeah!
00:25:57: And what's really hitting me as well Ramona is that like My story has been, and you said go first right?
00:26:04: And like Go First is being it through my life.
00:26:07: I've gone first.
00:26:08: others have followed.
00:26:09: i've got so much evidence of that even now as we're doing this podcast on saturday.
00:26:15: I'm just coming back from holiday.
00:26:17: I took a week off, i want to like recommit the rest of the year.
00:26:20: so I created a challenge called Seventy-Five Rich instead of SeventY Five Hard and I was like well...I've made it for me!
00:26:26: So..i am going to invite you.
00:26:27: if u wanna come you can & If not that's okay.
00:26:29: And ive been making these vlogs & Ive got another one coming out tonight & I had eighteen people join in less than twenty four hours because im like....and Im so detached from it.
00:26:39: Im doing it so you have two choices.
00:26:41: You could either get rich with me or watch Me Get Rich on the internet every day in these blogs, how much my life is changing and you're gonna see me at the end of November.
00:26:51: So maybe even part of that it's like almost feeding that part of the campaign too because it's not part of.
00:26:57: who does she think she is?
00:26:58: Almost always this thing about who so obsessed with themselves they create something for them.
00:27:04: go fuck it I'll make money from as well.
00:27:05: And thats what i've done
00:27:07: Yeah and would really go over top with it.
00:27:10: When I see your brand when I think a lot This over-the-top energy that comes so beautiful into your brain and this is something I would really embody there in like the first act with, who does she think?
00:27:22: She wants it all.
00:27:25: How embarrassing as that!
00:27:26: So then they will also be these headlights or photos of you where its just a star and celebrity already but still people are judging her.
00:27:38: what's she thinking?
00:27:40: How dare she, how embarrassing is what he's doing?
00:27:43: And therefore you being the one going first again.
00:27:48: One more time also inside this campaign because What You Then Could Do in Act I there could be something like The Scandal Quiz where you make a world that people connect with something bad, so a scandal is something I don't want to have.
00:28:05: It's like it's bad press and you could reframe this entire thing because you're also talking about framing fame.
00:28:17: You can also reframe scandals that are actually the things one wants.
00:28:23: So you create a scandal quiz around how scandalous your ambition where it's like.
00:28:28: oh she is mildly ambitious, or socially concerning.
00:28:32: Oh this a potential PRist!
00:28:34: Oh, she's a full-blown rising star.
00:28:36: So you could have those categories where people are like ooh or You can do something Like the fame reframe hotline when you would have that fake hot line.
00:28:45: it Could be an entire brand show actually on Instagram.
00:28:49: I had great ideas for that.
00:28:51: Yeah
00:28:51: i love a brand show.
00:28:52: Did you see what we did with Love Island When was in my villa With Ibiza?
00:28:56: The content We did For That.
00:28:57: so Im really loving this TV, entertainment style smaller like videos that are longer though so maybe three to five minutes but really mini episodes almost.
00:29:07: Right and it's coming end of the year.
00:29:09: you will see everyone doing this.
00:29:11: I'm making sure they'll happen because we now have a bigger chance for personal brands.
00:29:16: This is another topic.
00:29:17: You could have the famed reframe hotline as a branch where just on your phone you've reached the frame reframe hot line.
00:29:24: press one two if you're begun Press free if you stop pretending.
00:29:29: You don't care whether anyone knows your name, so Whether direction to have like this hotline or you could Have people calling the Hotline and then you're just in a conversation with them And when they realize oh it doesn't make sense I need To play bigger something Like that.
00:29:44: and also he was talking beforehand about The author's notes you want to share before the book is released.
00:29:53: This Was an idea you had.
00:29:55: I also would do that in a scandalous way.
00:30:00: So it wasn't like.
00:30:01: these are the author notes and you get insights, there's an excerpt or something like that but its leaked from the manuscript.
00:30:09: Yeah leaked exactly!
00:30:10: i just got a vision of me there Like imagine being at trench coat with glasses And i leave a letter on my bench Or walk away with my matcha access denied, or it says something like do not highly confidential leaked information and someone picks up the revolution of The Rising Star.
00:30:34: I can see that yeah?
00:30:36: I love this end!
00:30:38: You could do that in such a big way because you're close to London right?
00:30:43: Yeah
00:30:44: What if you would do that for social media, so it's more or less scripted which works there perfectly well.
00:31:00: And then add another layer to the campaign where put things out there.
00:31:07: So it's like a hunt more or less, people with hints and then they get to search for the things And you would have this community in London which who creates them also content around.
00:31:20: I'm searching For This!
00:31:22: i saw that hint.
00:31:23: so You Would Create This Entire Thing.
00:31:27: Where is Like This Thing?
00:31:35: the cover looks like, or something like that.
00:31:38: Or you could spread QR codes where people then can vote which color they want to have but only if they had a QR code defined on that bench some chains part of something like.
00:31:50: so there it would be this entire spectacle around more or less what people are.
00:31:54: okay we're onto something here I wanted take part in.
00:31:59: It's really fun globally too because i travel alot something in Spain, some thing like London.
00:32:06: Something Miami and LA because I've got all these moments of and that also reinforces...I'm not just going famous in the UK!
00:32:17: Because someone once said to me as a coach you could really become known for this in the U.K.
00:32:23: but she learned it was fine fair enough.
00:32:28: so there's something about global international superstar.
00:32:32: Yeah, yes and then I would do something where you have it looks the same everywhere.
00:32:39: I personally would go with a red envelope because this is part of my brand.
00:32:43: When i think about you, there's something like a star-shaped envelope in pink or dark blue?
00:32:51: Or something like that... You know what?
00:32:53: Even at Gold Star!
00:32:54: Because when I do big events so we have the next event and I've just launched it actually last week but I got my next event in London in April.
00:33:04: It's one hundred fifty people this time And We always have on The Branding and then we gave people as well, awards the Star of Fame.
00:33:12: And it looks like The Hollywood Star Walk Of Fame.
00:33:14: but I changed the color a bit so... We had the colors that were dark pink and gold.
00:33:19: So It was like the colors in my brand A star Like The Hollywood star The walkofame.
00:33:25: Something would be amazing because Then People would recognize it When they are at this same event for example There is something on a bench or behind wall.
00:33:36: Well, I know this thing and they need to grab that because no.
00:33:41: I'm allowed to grab it And i also know there's something super special in it.
00:33:44: and then There could also be Something where?
00:33:47: They can win a prize.
00:33:48: there is like qr code on It and Then they Can scan it and when they um tag you the way create A story or something Like That.
00:33:57: Where they just found This Thing i was so excited Tagging You When they get into life Or they Get to the chance To Win The Prize at the end Which might Be I wouldn't just say the book because i would do something, to have a book is great and amazing but where it's like this once in your lifetime chance.
00:34:16: This experience only gets when you win that.
00:34:23: A lock-in or like a speak easy, Like a private club.
00:34:29: There's so many in London.
00:34:30: You know when you walk through a bookcase then your'e on bar.
00:34:33: So it could be ten.
00:34:34: people across the world are going to get chance To join me at that table and its gonna be for Your Walk Through a Wall And there will be some where That you don't know.
00:34:41: There is locations like that In london.
00:34:43: I think matches that scandal of like Wow
00:34:47: Okay We need to go through egg two & three Because we need
00:34:51: to get some very good food
00:34:54: With that Speak Easy.
00:34:55: because when we would have those ten people then there.
00:34:58: Because I was thinking about what we will do before the release of the book, The Speak Easy part i would then create right before the released like a few days prior or maybe two weeks so that they are still a little time to do like the editing stuff.
00:35:15: but you use the speak easy event Something like a scandalous conversation, something which then is the thing that ramps up to the official release of the book.
00:35:32: So you use it as the final phase to fill the waitlist.
00:35:37: so than on release date you jump on number one Like That!
00:35:44: all the things to create that.
00:35:46: And this is something I would define what happens, or not what happens inside the SpeakEasy but... What you use it for?
00:35:53: I will decide based on the thing happening beforehand so that makes sense and becomes a storyline.
00:36:00: So therefore i'll just jump into Act Two.
00:36:03: Are You Ready?
00:36:07: So when we have all the things beforehand.
00:36:11: We have a scandal, we have the headlines... ...we have The Scandal Quiz for example!
00:36:17: We have you at least like the manuscript people get to know things.
00:36:22: then I would also go into the reframe part and will talk about fame again.
00:36:29: And there Act Two is called Famous Not A Dirty Word Which Is Something I Love.
00:36:37: So I see a conference there.
00:36:40: You with microphones, people watching you listening to your taking photos asking questions and then you have like these famous not-a-dirty word statements which is on the one hand Famous Not A Dirty Word itself.
00:36:57: Then for example i want my name in rooms ive never walked into or we that headline where she wants it all.
00:37:04: how embarrassing could also be, she doesn't want it all.
00:37:09: How embarrassing!
00:37:11: And those are things that couldn't only be statements.
00:37:15: but these are the things where I actually see people wear hoodies with t-shirts and they have cups with famous dirty words.
00:37:25: so this is more or less a breath.
00:37:29: It comes under the book more or less.
00:37:32: You can create things around that and also it could be a conversion event, but is called Famous Not A Dirty Word?
00:37:38: Or you could run a challenge... There could be an additional workbook to The Book which is called famous not a dirty word.
00:37:50: These are questions where you ask yourself to reframe them.
00:37:53: So there's so much we do with that And after that act, and just have a look on the clock.
00:38:00: So we need to wrap things up with Act Free.
00:38:04: I would go then from you.
00:38:06: so we have in the first hand We Have The Scandal.
00:38:09: it's all about Alicia May.
00:38:11: Then...we bring It A Little Bit To The Community In Terms Of Hey Famous Not A Dirty Word!
00:38:18: I'm Going First Again.
00:38:20: People are telling what I'm doing here is a scandal, and i am at the press conference.
00:38:26: And saying fame isn't a dirty word it's nothing you have to be ashamed of if there something that you should not want in life inside the scam.
00:38:39: Then we go into example three where public notice has begun the rising has spread.
00:38:49: And there I wouldn't do it, so when i tell you what am thinking about then I would not think about germs and virus stuff like that because we get into a direction where we don´t want to be especially after COVID.
00:39:04: We dont wanna go too much in this direction but the mechanism behind is what I see for act number three.
00:39:13: So there would be like the rising has spread.
00:39:15: known symptoms include unreasonable ambition sudden refusal to settle increased standards and Uncontrollable desire to be seen wanting millions of people to know your work And warning exposure to one rising star may cause others to rise.
00:39:33: Then while this is happening, so we have that One Rising Star aka Alessia May This One Rising star who goes
00:39:41: first And while
00:39:43: she's going first, it's spreading from one rising star to the other.
00:39:48: Then there could be something like The Revolution Registry.
00:39:51: so you would create a waitlist for your book launch?
00:39:54: This is something I would recommend so much because then we have Day Number One directly into the charts and people start buying.
00:40:04: waitlist, it could be for example the revolution registry.
00:40:07: So where people who are on the wait list or pre-order they charge a evolution and then get onto that list?
00:40:15: And you can even track in way of like rising star number OO OO one.
00:40:21: Rising Star Number OO o two!
00:40:24: It would see their name on that registry.
00:40:27: Oh I'm a rising
00:40:29: star!!
00:40:30: We have evidence spreading because this list it's getting bigger and bigger,
00:40:37: Yeah, wow.
00:40:38: I love this and something i've been calling myself as well which kind of makes sense is like the leader in The one that goes first And i've done it on my email signature.
00:40:47: When i did my event in may My team made me an award That said this on there?
00:40:51: It's the revolutionary star.
00:40:52: so i'm calling Myself THE revolutionary star.
00:40:55: This Is the rising Of the revolutionary Star.
00:40:57: So its Like.
00:40:58: I am that Revolutionary Star Myself!
00:41:00: I go First and I lead the revolution.
00:41:02: Then you're gonna Rise with Me.
00:41:03: You'll be the Rising Star and Im the Revolutionary star.
00:41:07: Love it.
00:41:08: I love it so much.
00:41:09: when we bring you together, We have this beautiful storyline which is always my goal for the campaign room.
00:41:14: that will leave with a story line You then can play with It's.
00:41:17: on one hand we start the scandal because you want to be famous and you don't apologize And then create your scandal not just because of you but also because there are scams And therefore people react to you saying, You want be famous the way they react with these headlines.
00:41:40: Then go out there and say hey what your doing is not normal.
00:41:45: I am a normal one in terms of it's embarrassing should NOT want to have it all.
00:41:51: you have this one life.
00:41:52: make the most famous, the most spreading.
00:41:55: The most amazing one You could potentially imagine.
00:41:59: and because I am the One i'm standing here And I say that I'm going first More and more people on this planet allow themselves To do the same.
00:42:11: then we start a revolution with That.
00:42:15: Wow This is amazing.
00:42:18: I'm so excited, i just want to go write the rest of the book now!
00:42:22: I can't wait to see it come to life and so excited for us as well because there's so much potential in it And this book needs to reach a million people at least.
00:42:34: Right right So...and im sure that its the case with someone who is listening right now and is in a state like okay..i know right now still writing the book but I need my hands on that book.
00:42:46: i need it in my shelf, i needed.
00:42:48: like everywhere and in life.
00:42:50: what's the best way to get in touch with you?
00:42:54: Instagram baby.
00:42:55: so you will find me at buddhisiarising and of course my brand has the word rising because i always said that i am leaving a rising revolution within my work and i want to put more money and fame in the hands of women.
00:43:11: it's come round this way is amazing.
00:43:13: But yeah, Instagram absolutely to see a rising.
00:43:14: I'm sure Ramona can put my instagram in the show notes but feel free if this has resonated today.
00:43:19: and um Yeah thank you so much Ramona because This Is Like The timing of This Is Perfect Because i've had A Little Bit Of Time Off The Book With Some Personal Things Happening And Then This Has Like Reignited My Fire For It And Im So Excited To Continue To Birth Out The Next Chapters Having This Campaign And Understanding From You The Potential.
00:43:39: Okay, well let's get creative with this.
00:43:40: Let's not just write a book and launch it.
00:43:42: whoo-hoo here's my book club!
00:43:43: And Here is My Book right now.
00:43:44: I don't want to do something that anyone could do like.
00:43:47: i want This To Be So Starco Did and fame from the beginning you know.
00:43:51: so yeah...I love this.
00:43:52: thank You so much.
00:43:53: It has been amazing.
